Pleased to meet you is not a response to how are you? Pleased to meet you is essentially a more formal way of saying hello. Also the grammar is bad. My favourite food is burger is not what a native speaker would say. We would just say the food on its own. There’s also quite a lot of other errors.

It's the same as 'How are you?'
Where are you going?
This question asks which place you are going to. An example answer could be 'I'm going to the house'
What happened Jessica?
Depends on what happened. I wouldn't include the person's title/name and would just say 'nothing'.
What are you doing here?
Again depends on the context, but the response given should be 'I'm here to meet my cousin'
Where do you study?
'I'm a student at a UK university.' This is a weird response though and you should state your university. For example: 'I'm a student at Oxford University'
What's your favorite food?
'My favorite food is a burger.'
