Definitely it hit different with Toriyama passing. Dragonball is one of my fav anime and loved playing Dragon quest. I really like those plates and the cloud figure. my money would cry with how much i would spend

Happy Gojo was best Gojo ❤ i hope we get the acrylic stands over in the West. Those FF7 pulls were so lucky like damn 2 big prize in 5 pulls, cloud and CD. For a Kujis clouds and tifa look good consider how lower quality they tend to be. Those were some goodpulls even the 10 you got basically everything

I was choking up with you, when the memories of the show and him were mixing. I hope those figures bring a special kind of joy. I hope you don't mind but I prayed for you. Ugh, I want God to bless you and help mend that rawness. My own father is in the process of dying. We were very blessed to know a head of time how ill he is but when you have a father who love you oh it hurts to let go. Anyway. I really enjoyed watching today. It gave me a break from real-life and it was very needed.

I just came back from my first ever Japan trip and I visited the Kuji shops youve mentioned in Sunshine City and Kabukicho Tower. I won a bunch of top prizes and other cool stuff! Thanks for making all these great videos! I still need to visit Nakano Broadway 😅

I also was sad to hear of Toriyama-Sensei's passing and like you I also have a Dragonball show link with someone who has passed. My sister, brother and I watched Dragonball Z together on Cartoon Network in the US and fell in love with the characters. My sister loved Vegita and Piccolo (sorry if i misspelled their names I'm going off of how they're pronounced here in the US). She passed in September of 2016 from cancer. I can't help but sometimes tear up when I watch some of our favorite episodes or movie scenes as I remember watching them alongside her years ago. My condolences about the loss of your Dad.😢

Fun video as always. Losing loved ones is always so difficult. Condolences. My twin brother and I lost our grandmother recently which is still so difficult. 😥 (Anime like "Anohana" & "Your Lie in April" can be so helpful trying to make sense of it all.)

Dragonball was one of my first Manga Collection I got back at the 90th. It was really hard to get all 42 Volumes because no bookstores had Mangas at that time here in Germany, so I had to take the bus to the train station where they sold Mangas at their store, sometimes they didn't had that volume I needed so I had to wait till they got new ones 😅😮 Kajika I bought when my parents and I went for a trip to Berlin and Neko-Majin I have in my Collection too. My dad always watched Dragonball with me too 😂 he always grabbed the remote and said "Son-Goku comes soon" my dad passed away shortly before christmas in 2010.
I was shocked when I heard that Toriyama Sensei passed away 😢 but I'm very great and thank full for the happy memories of my teenage years ❤

Dragonball z and jujutsu kaisen are 2 of my favorite animes
OMG!!! The Cloud figure is amazing so detailed and so dynamic, and the Tifa is pretty and just like Cloud so detailed and dynamic. And the boxy minfigures are so cute. What lucky pulls getting cloud in 5 and then getting the B,C, and two D’s plus the last one!! Hope you continue to have great Kuji luck in the future. Also it was nice of you to trade your C prize for the B prize even though you wanted it so he could complete the figure set. All of the figures were really nice though.

Happy that you are on a roll in picking up the higher kujis this round and I particularly like the DB Goku x Chichi.
Don't mean to upset you further but I think it's great to have something to remember your close ones by, especially through an iconic franchise like DB - I also think it's super cool that he enjoy the novelty of such which is unlike most dads I know.
Have fun with Rebirth! I definitely want to play it but can't shelve out cash for PS5 so gonna have to wait till it comes out on PC (hopefully soon!)

I wish I could play the Final Fantasy kuji. I managed to get the Cloud and Tifa figures through a seller on eBay, just because I wanted them so badly. I've been playing Rebirth and I'm not too far (too immersed in exploring and doing side quests). Tifa has always been my favorite (hence why I had to get her figure). I love that she's so kind hearted and gentle, but such a strong and powerful fighter.

I’m super curious how you store and display things like clear files, can badges, and so on.
I either use the clear file or put them in a clear file folder. They look so nice as a collection. For can badges I put some on display and some on by bag😊
Here in Tokyo now. Where do you think I can aim for the FF7 kuji? Tried several conbini and major stores but cannot find any.

That A prize Cloud looks pretty high quality for a prize figure. I am glad that some manufacturers are doing this. It reminds me of the Marin Kitagawa Figure Shizuku Kuroe ver. which is a Artist Masterpiece+ prize figure.

How much does one ticket cost? they do ichiban kuji in my country but it every expensive
Depends on the kuji but they are usually around 750-850 yen per ticket✨
