I'm so glad you pulled the weeds out by the roots and didn't just trim them. Also, just pruning that massive tree improved the look of the property enormously! Great video, Ryan! 👏👏
Great result Ryan, 👍 Yes a hat is a must here in OZ, I'm having treatment at the moment for facial skin cancer and its not pleasant. Looking forward to next episode, Stay well 💚🐝
Looks very nice for the start of this job! You can only do so much when stuff is in the way! Have a good day and I'll go ahead and wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and may God Bless you all🤗💖🎆🇺🇸
Hello from France ! J’ai découvert vos vidéos grâce à Quick Cuts. J’aime beaucoup votre façon de travailler et vos vidéos simples et naturelles. Bravo à vous. Merci pour le partage 👍🏻
Very impressive Part 1! You are so fun to watch..just whipping through all that overgrowth and mess. They really do need your help! Nice to see you in a hat..too much sun is definitely worrisome. I hope you have a fantastic holiday ❤! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!
Love the Jacaranda blooming purple in the background. Also, if that collection of trees in the front is Glossy Privet, taking 5 feet off the top would help bush it up to be a privacy planting like it appears it was meant to be when first planted.
Awesome work, Ryan. I find long sleeve sublimated fishing style polos awesome for work in summer. Protect the arms from the sun and not too hot 😊 take care from Tasmania.
Sooo... No more of the place with the rampant Morning Glories? I wouldn't blame you if you refused to continue that job. Nice work on this one, though. Hope you and your family have a pleasant Holiday season!
Like the hat now just need some zinc creme on the nose to complete the look (😂 showing my age!) Nice job! This summer is looking like it will shape up to being a scorcher, slip slop slap! 😊
I'm so glad that you're feeling well, Ryan. This is a real mess and I can see that it is a challenge with all the overgrowth and the vehicles of all kinds in the yard.
My uncle, from not wearing a hat, got skin cancer on the tops of ears, he was always in the sun, loved gardening, boating. Please stay safe. ❤ Good job, sad you couldn't take down that group of trees or hedge. It's out grown It's purpose.
Great start to the cleanup. Looking better already. Hope the car AND junk can be moved/removed eventually. Good to see you wearing a hat and T-shirt. From one who knows, skin cancer from too much sun exposure is NO fun.
Good job so far. It's such a shame when people let their yards get so junky. I sure hope you can do the other half of the front lawn where the car and trailer are, and the flower bed (?) in front of the deck. I was startled when I saw a figure dash across by the big tree and rewatched it a few times trying to see who it was. So it looks like someone is still in the house as I saw a quick movement by the front door too. I like the curving planting bed at the side of the yard. I immediately start imagining what I'd do with it, hahaha, a few nice shrubs and flowers. It could look so nice with a bit of care. Imagine the state of it inside! Look after your skin. UV damage is cumulative and all sorts of problems can crop up when you're older. Slip, slop, slap!!!
Well, finally! Panama hat on the head! Hooray! If the bird was happy with the work, then the homeowners will be happy too! Greetings from snow-covered Finland!
You did a good job with that big bush thing in the front. It appears it has spread from a single original plant. Personally, the entire thing should go.
Please be careful. As my husband had 22 skin cancers removed just last year. All of them bit one were ok. That one he almost lost his hand it was melanoma. So please be extra care. Good job.
Firstly, hope you have a great Xmas and New Year, plus enjoy your well earned break. Driving past that property must of been demoralising after all the work you put into it originally, totally understandable why with the condition of the owners, but they could of hired someone to maintain it, least that's what they intend to do from now on. Great transformation as usual 👏
I was going to say the same. As a professional gardener myself I would want to cry if anywhere I'd worked so hard on looked like that. Looking at how much more rubbish they've accumulated I'm not holding out much hope for the sheet metal being gone from the back. Good work though Ryan ❤
It would be great if the owners could bring themselves into arranging/agreeing to the obstacles being sorted out. With the presence of mobility scooters it might be that their boating days are over….? Along with a few other things! We all have to face things eventually… You could do wonders here - bringing the yard to minimal maintenance and making it look great. 🤞🏻
I hope you upload the second part soon. That garden not only needs cutting and pruning, but also a good cleaning, as it looks very dirty and messy. Good Job!. Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷
Just trimming the front bushes made a world of difference. Mowing and cleanup is always A-1. Ryan check out Farmers Defense. Protective sleeves for your arms protects against sunburn and scratches from limbs and brush. Washable, easy on and off.
Ryan, here's a little unsolicited advice . . . . wear long pants! I've found out the hard way that many summers hanging out at the beach here in southern California back in the 1970s has now resulted in a couple of skin cancer surgeries on my right leg, one minor, one major (2023). I now visit the dermatologist every three months. Be sure to lather up with sun screen! Take care.
I second this, but for a different reason: Long pants, tucked into your socks, help keep ticks of your body. Overgrown landscapes like this are perfect hiding places for ticks. And tick-borne diseases are nasty things! Landscapers need eye, ear, skin, and insect protection!
Great job as always Ryan! Really enjoying the chilled music for the before & afters 😎🎶 And thank you for wearing a hat. I had a skin cancer removed from my scalp a few years ago. Wedge resection 3cm x 2cm *beeping* painful 😖. Wear the hat. Always wear the hat 👍
Wow Ryan, you take on some pretty big jobs!! What a mess, I imagine you’re going to be making a lot of trips to the tip!! I am always shocked at the amount of rubbish you have to deal with. I hope the day comes when they take some pride in their property and keep it nicer. You are always so thorough when you clean beds up. Many gardeners would just whip snip their way through, you always dig up all the weeds and grasses to do such a better job than most. Please enjoy your time off and away, you certainly deserve it. From Ontario Canada. Always look forward to your next video. Thank you
That garden is in bad shape again, I am glad you are going to maintain it, I really hope for your sake, that they will take all the things all over away, otherwise it is going to be very hard to work there. Thank you, you did a perfect job on the open space. God bless
Nice you can tell that the original cleanup has held and you know the additional work will be more improvement. Glad you will also be able to do more regular maintenance. That thick shrubbery being converted to a grove style was a good choice. Best wishes for this next year and thank you for all the good you've done in 2024. 22:48, that is a much neater look achieved. Congratulations.
A lot of detail mate, well done! Will be good to see how more frequent visits helps this yard really come to life. If they do hire your services monthly give us a year update! Pretty please!
You are so meticulous in your work which I really appreciate. I suspect you are a perfectionist. You do beautiful work but I don’t know how you are going to manage this yard with all the stuff in the yard but I am sure you will figure it out. God bless.
Considering what you took on Ryan, my gosh it looks amazing! I think many would have just said nope so I think they were very lucky you said okay. I don’t understand why people just toss their stuff everywhere - is it so hard to be a considerate neighbor and pick up after themselves? We have a neighbor - 2 people; 4 cars and a boat! Another boat at the marina and a cabin in the mountains. One car hasn’t moved in 5 years. Total eyesore so we let our hedge grow between us LOL
I remembered this property from what year ago or longer. They seem to be procrastinating in removing all the broken machinery. If you’re going to do it monthly now as they aren’t able for some reason to keep up with the maintenance on it, I think it’s time to put your foot down and tell them to move the junk car. They want a tidy property but aren’t willing to get things done to keep it that way.
I believe I would have trimmed the hedge evenly to just over head height on all sides, almost that it would have looked like an inverted bowl. It would have seemed tidier to have a straight line at the same height all around. But just my opinion. Great job on everything.
Never having owned a house and always lived in apartments, I just can't figure out why people don't keep their yard maintained. Although I am aware that sometimes there are external situations such as health, lack of equipment and cost to buy, no extending family or friends to help out. But still I would do anything to have a house and I would love to be able to have my own yard..
I'm so glad you pulled the weeds out by the roots and didn't just trim them. Also, just pruning that massive tree improved the look of the property enormously! Great video, Ryan! 👏👏
Very nice cleanup, I do enjoy your Detail work, removing weeds by hand etc. good job!
Congratulations…you did a fantastic job on the junk yard. Keep up the good work.
Love that you pull the weeds out with their roots!
You’re a true gardener pulling weeds by the roots👍👌👏🙏❤️
Very nice Ryan. Looking forward to future cleanup of this one! MERRY CHRISTMAS if we don't see you next week. 🌲🎅🤶
Great work again, Ryan👍.
I would trimm down the bushes in the front to get back to hedge size.
Have a great Christmas time with your family 🌟🎄🌟
Hola Ryan como estas¡! Se va notando el cambio 💯👏👏👏 esperando la siguiente parte 💚🌿 Me gusta tu trabajo tan minucioso y ordenado 👏👏👏 🥇🥇🥇
Saludos cordiales 🙋♀️🫂🇨🇱👋
Glad you're feeling better. As always, great job. It's nice that they will be regular customers. That way it won't get so bad again.
Great result Ryan, 👍 Yes a hat is a must here in OZ, I'm having treatment at the moment for facial skin cancer and its not pleasant. Looking forward to next episode, Stay well 💚🐝
Great job.🎉 When you're leaf blowing & the dust is going toward the camera, I always want to cough.😂
A mi me pasa igual! La mente es del carajo!😉✌️🇺🇸🇨🇺
I always feel a cough coming on in the dust. lol
I find myself holding my breath!😂
Looks very nice for the start of this job! You can only do so much when stuff is in the way! Have a good day and I'll go ahead and wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and may God Bless you all🤗💖🎆🇺🇸

Congrats on a new customer. Glad to see your channel is growing, the editing is great. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Amazing job Ryan considering the obstacles that are in your way 👍🏻💯 Nice hat btw😎 Have a wonderful day Ryan stay cool 😎
Nice clean up. I love when the birds come in for the bug buffet!
Hello from France ! J’ai découvert vos vidéos grâce à Quick Cuts. J’aime beaucoup votre façon de travailler et vos vidéos simples et naturelles. Bravo à vous. Merci pour le partage 👍🏻
Ryan you need to wear gloves and a mask. I’m glad you got to maintain that disaster of a property. 👍👍😊
I loved how you clean up the trunks of the trees! They need it for privacy.😊
I remember this, and that they have a caravan. Good to know you have the regular maintenance!
Hey ,great results for part 1 on front yard 😅😅
Great job! I wish the episode was longer. I’m glad you are feeling better! 😊
Hello Ryan! Great video and you have made a wonderful improvement on this front yard already. Sincerely, Diane from USA😊
Great job, looking really good..Hoping they can move that car and boat for you to clean that area up.💕🌷
Very impressive Part 1! You are so fun to watch..just whipping through all that overgrowth and mess. They really do need your help!
Nice to see you in a hat..too much sun is definitely worrisome. I hope you have a fantastic holiday ❤! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!

I like watching you work, because you do a good job... kisses from France 🇫🇷.

Awesome work, Ryan.
I find long sleeve sublimated fishing style polos awesome for work in summer. Protect the arms from the sun and not too hot 😊 take care from Tasmania.
Great tree transformation. Messy yard but your work did wonders. Looks so much better.
Sooo... No more of the place with the rampant Morning Glories? I wouldn't blame you if you refused to continue that job. Nice work on this one, though. Hope you and your family have a pleasant Holiday season!
Nice job Ryan. Happy holidays ❤
Great watching you create miracles. Have a wonderful Christmas and holiday. 🎄👍🌺🦋
Like the hat now just need some zinc creme on the nose to complete the look (😂 showing my age!) Nice job! This summer is looking like it will shape up to being a scorcher, slip slop slap! 😊
So love how you do sections and clean as you go.
I'm so glad that you're feeling well, Ryan. This is a real mess and I can see that it is a challenge with all the overgrowth and the vehicles of all kinds in the yard.
Ryan looking 👀 good happy Christmas to you and your family 👍🤩❤️.
I love to see your work❤❤❤❤
So glad to see you protecting your skin!

This was a fun one to watch. Thank you for sharing!
👏👏👏 Excellent job❤
Love love love your work ❤❤❤
Another great turnout... thanks Ryan..
Thank goodness these people cam to their senses & hired you to keep it cleaned up ! Tyler, you'd do a much better job of it anyway !! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼.
Hello from Essex uk 🇬🇧
Great start to the cleanup. Looking better already. Hope the car AND junk can be moved/removed eventually. Good to see you wearing a hat and T-shirt. From one who knows, skin cancer from too much sun exposure is NO fun.

Great startmate, looking forward to this one👍
❤❤❤
Goodmorning from the Netherlands. Thanks again. Nice job. Love your hat!
Great job, Ryan! I hope the owners can get the cars moved for you. I would like to see you do that half of the yard. Have a super week! 🎉❤
Please be careful. As my husband had 22 skin cancers removed just last year. All of them bit one were ok. That one he almost lost his hand it was melanoma. So please be extra care. Good job.

Wow what a difference. Excellent job. 👍👍

Flower beds need planting out or weeds return
Righty O ! Ryan great job.
Gosh you really had your work cut out there😮

A lovely, thorough job as usual Ryan. It is looking better already.❤❤
It looks real fresh again, what good skills you have!
You are so meticulous in your work which I really appreciate. I suspect you are a perfectionist. You do beautiful work but I don’t know how you are going to manage this yard with all the stuff in the yard but I am sure you will figure it out. God bless.
If they would sell that disabled car in the front yard, the proceeds would pay for a lot of landscaping work.
You did a wonderful job 🎉
Great viewing happy to see progress

Owner needs a new setup for his toys I’m thinking 🤔

In CANADA 🇨🇦 U can't have a yard like that, they would Fine U . Junk Yard, not good.
You should wear gloves ... 🙏
Otherwise the joob is perfect as always ... 🤗
Get her Done 😅

Sounds like they need to trade boat ,car motor bike scooter etc caravan in on a reliable camper
Ryan asight better.looks like Victoria do you work in box hill
Would help if they moved the car
