It’s a blessing❤️ to be a person to pour into others although be very mindful of giving too much to others. The best way to test others is to see if they show up for you without anyone telling them too. If they check up with genuine care that’s a person to keep around, if you have to keep reminding others to check up on you best to keep a little distance.
It is okay to time time out for yourself and to say "No." I feel the exact same way. I put myself on the back burner for others and it is never reciprocated. But I am learning to take time out for myself and so should you. It will get better for you! ❤

Ima give you some advice that’s going to help you because I was once in your shoes. I would always help and do for others but when I needed that no one was around. So, my advice is why give an olive branch to someone that hasn’t planted a branch for you? Jesus was kind not nice. Being kind is telling someone the truth, helping them that one time then after they need to do it in their own.
