I know. I'm just saying that people think that you automatically jump to being old after 30 when you are actually middle aged. (30-60 years old is the middle age category and there is nothing wrong with that!).
Mya got some knowledge and wisdom.Holistic medicine.
Body buffers the body to 7.3-7.4 which is the homeostatic balance default. No matter if you eat lemons or baking soda, it's gonna be buffered to that neutral PH. The only thing being affected by what you eat ph wise is maybe urine. There is no scientific basis for the alkaline diet. The upside is it gets people eating more fruits/veggies and the snakeoil salesmen making money of this "diet" are rich.
Both of these women look wonderful, my family must have good gene, these negroes in my look ageless I'm 40 but people think I'm in my late 27s and my niece is 48 and she looks 29 or 30, my sister is 65, she looks like a young 50, and we eat and drink terribly. I can just image how we would look if we acted right the entire time as a life style like these two beautiful Black women, we'll be forever21 in this bih!

Mya is so poise and elegant, soft spoken and very feminine. A lot of ladies should learn from her, so girly I love it. I went home and started meditating and talking like her, my man surprised me a necklace the same weekend. Femininity, it works 😌

Me too!! A lot of people don't even know that sunscreen is bad for your skin and actually raise skin cancer risk. And besides many of us are deficient in vitamin D. There is so much ignorance surrounding this topic that needs to be talked about.
Sunscreen has melanin in it so it be very stupid to apply melanin on top of melanin 🤣lot of blacks don’t know this plus they add chemicals that could give skin cancer sunscreen is a no!

Joey Aloha omg that’s explains why I tried to wear it and my skin broke out. And I used different brands and went to a dermatologist to prescribe one still broke my skin out....so now I just use Shea butter..no sunscreen for me. No bueno!

But we all speak in different tones, it depends on the situation. We all tend to show different sides of us in private than we do in professional settings.

I used to want a breast augmentation when I was a teen but I was obsessed with Mya, Chilli and Aaliyah they were so beautiful and natural and idk I just could care less about surgery after realizing how beautiful these girls looked in their own natural skin and bodies!
