I feel like before saying that someone needs to go solo you need to see them together as a band because what you said about a good band being equal is exactly what little mix is. Little Mix doesnt sing only POP songs they have a variety of music genres . Perrie is amazing but soo are the other girls they dont do only the harmonies they sing sing , and have equal parts on the songs, you only have reacted to Perries parts thats why it looks like she is the lead .
