Sebastian Grindley wins Nokere Koerse U19 2024 after late attack

Seb Grindley of FH Masdesign won Nokere Koerse U19 this afternoon! After the breakaway with Louic Boussemaere and Jasper Schoofs was reeled back in, Baptiste Gregoire went for it with 5k to go. Seb Grindley went for it with 1.5k to go and overtook the Frenchman to lead himself to victory on Nokereberg!
Grégoire was also overtaken by the peloton where a lot of crashes made for a hectic finale. Belgians Xander Scheldeman and Cedric Keppens sprinted to the other two podium spots, Equipegroupamafdjconti took places 4 and 5 with Eliott Boulet and Karl Sagnier. Kuurne winner Aldo Taillieu took sixth place.
