To all saying why Shree Ram abandoned Maa Sita, please read the below context for your doubts to be cleared. Shree Ram was the incarnation of Lord Vishnu where he took this birth to end the rule of evil Demon Ravana and to place justice and righteousness in the society. Ravan abducted Maa Sita in the absence of Prabhu Shree Ram while they were in Vanvaad. He kept her prisoned for 6-7 months after which he was killed by Shree Ram. After returning to his kingdom, he ascended the throne of Ayodhya as the king. That's when an Asura - Sahasramukh Ravan(Ravan's estranged evil brother) started spreading lies, rumors and misinformation about Mata Sita being captive with Ravana. People started doubting their own wives and fighting with each other whom they doubted their wives having an affair with. At this time, Maa Sita was pregnant and she requested Shree Ram to leave her at the Van(forest) so that she could raise the kids along with the rishis for proper dharmik knowledge. Shree Ram suggested both of them to leave for the forest so that they can be together. Maa Sita mentioned that if they leave, there won't be anyone to spread justice, peace and to end the lies in the kingdom, so she requested Shree Ram to allow her to leave. As she was sacrificing herself, Shree Ram asked her for a vow where he asked her not to mention anyone that she decided to leave, instead to let people say that it was Shree Ram who sent her to the forest so that the entire world would blame him for this injustice. It was his way of saying that since his wife was sacrificing such a big thing and part of her life, he would also burn in fire in the same way where society will always remember him as an unjust husband. He never ever ever doubted Maa Sita, he knew her pavitrata and her devotion for him. He did what he did for the praja (the people in his kingdom). Post this the praja realized their mistake and the thorn of violence that had surfaced in the kingdom subsided because of the guilt that they had within them due to which their Maharani(Maa Sita) suffered. To understand this in a better way, you have to read the different versions of Ramayan. If you are truly interested in knowing more, you can watch a show too - "Shrimad Ramayan" where they have explained this part(episode 190 ,I guess or something around that) extremely well. The same things are explained in various versions of Ramayan. Hope this clears your doubt. Hope you understand now, why Shree Ram was, is and will be revered for generations to come. Jay Shree Ram 🙏🙏🙏

Please don’t brush over / oversimplify one of the most sensitive aspects of the Ramayana as you have done here, leaving those unfamiliar with the epic to be judgemental and insulting towards Sri Ram. Didn’t expect this channel to contribute to the modern day misunderstandings of the Ramayana.

I don't know where you got this story from but it's not true. Lord Rama never questioned Sita's loyalty and didn't want her to undergo the ritual of fire at all. However, She had to for political reasons. The same with her exile: Rama wasn't paranoid, it was the people, the subjects had sick prejudices and exerted pressure, they didn't want to recognize the queen etc. This hate attitude against the partners of famous and rich people is still going on. Look how people attack the partners of various stars or millionaires on the internet. How much hate and venom is being poured on them. Anyway, it was for the good of these (disgusting) people and the entire state that Maa Sita decided to leave and go to a monastery. Because She is Devi Lakshmi, i.e. the creator of the material world, everything that was good and all the prosperity went with Her. After that there was no peace and no stability in the country. And now the riddle: why is India poor despite so many talented people and lots of natural resources? Who banished Laxmi to the forest? Who is hostile towards women? Rings a bell 🔔?

      You know nothing of Ramayan.
Lord Ram and Laxman were incarnations of lord Vishnu and shesnag .
Lord hanuman is 11th incarnation of Lord Shiva.
Lord Shiva through out his life meditate and think about shree Ram.
Lord Brahma was impressed by Ravana, Through his vedic knowledge and penance, his tapasya he gained exceptional powers from Brahma.
Ravana also had impressed Lord Shiva , that earned him " The greatest devotee of Lord Shiva" .
Lord Ram is called Maryada puruswatam, i.e. the perfect Man.
Being a God he never showed his Magical powers in his human form.
He is a perfect Son because he being a perfect King acceptance exile for 14 years .
Being innocent and chaste he allowed himself to go through the pain for 14 years.
Shree Ram had never asked sita for a test of purity or chastity. The society and social rituals made Sita mata walk through the burning flames or Agni pariksha.
Mata Sita was daughter of creator, she was earth herself. Daughter of soil. Maa sita was the most beautiful and pure lady.
Ravan was awestruck and had kidnapped mata sita.
Ram setu is the evidence that proved the Ramayan .
While giving wrong facts please have the courtesy to write Shree Ram and Mata sia and lord Shiva or Mahadev .
At minimum see Ramayan serial you would know about our God.

So much of contradictions in our mythical stories if Rama is God and all knowing why did he doubt mother Sitas purity, same with Lord Shivas stories about Lord Ganesh, Lord Shiva all knowing didn't know about Lord ganeshas creation by mother Parvati, many other contradictions that's why most Hindus convert

Sir, if you had a little bit knowledge you wouldn't be posting things like this. The fact that they knew but didn't do anything shows that destiny is written and no one, I mean NO ONE can change it!! By doing what was pre planned, God's have a way of showing us that if even they have to follow what is already written, WE, HUMANS are supposed to our Karma(work) and live the rest without worrying about the future. The best way to not interfere in the path of destiny is to keep doing what one should be doing. Hope it clears your doubt Sir.

First off, Sri Ram was in the role of a human incarnation, so it’s not fair to apply his godly nature as he was limited in his role. Secondly he never doubted Sita ma’s purity. Sad that this simple fact is still misunderstood. Hindus convert? From what I’ve seen, people abandon their Abrahamic religions and convert to Hindu by choice. Jai Sri Ram

Oh dear, what about her safety and protection, being pregnant after all, the people would have targeted their children once born as “illegitimate” your comment has been said numerous times by shallow thinkers, who think they know everything after hearing a few clips, maybe try studying various versions of the Ramayana to understand complex circumstances and context of that period and know there was no “abandonment” by gossip. Additionally these stories are not meant to be taken surface-level literally, but the spiritual and philosophical messages behind them when understood fully. Sita Ram were the incarnation of Lakshmi-Narayan, the story and their roles were pre-destined. They performed their duty and returned.
