The van set up makes it handy to get at all your stuff. The collapsible traffic cones are the best. Back when I was doing lawns, I had to wire my cones to my trailer. Or kids would take them. The set up is nice.

I'd consider some branded, as in your brand, outdoor type of polos to wear. Something that's moisture wicking. Tuck the polo into your pants or shorts.
