    That is stuff that you literally learn in your first week of aikido class, when the teacher shows the new students not to push, and your hand like this and that.
    amazing that advanced aikidokas visit these seminairs and actually think they are learning something new, or on their level.

      Have you considered that there are different levels of understanding and mastering the basics can sometimes be the hardest part?

      @@rasmusbrinck9461 that is my point. its basic level. "this hand here, that hand there." thats it. Exactly the way how you learn it in beginners class.
      He is not showing you the recipe, so to speak. He is not letting you in the kitchen. He only teaches the real stuff to a small group of his students.
      Your own ordinary non famous aikido teacher will teach you more than on any seminair. Teachers share their recipes with their close students, not with the unknown sheeple on the seminair. A seminair is just a polaroid moment. a way for these masters to earn extra money and travel around for free.

    Monsieur Tissier ist so wie ihr alle weiterhin im Lernprozess. Man lernt in Aikido nie aus, egal auf welcher Stufe man sich befindet. Auch von seinen fortschreitenden Demonstrationsverbesserungen lernen alle. Jede Begegnung und Übung, national und international, führt zur Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Techniken; selbst wenn sie von verschiedenen Winkeln oder differenten Geschwindigkeiten gezeigt werden. Zuerst erfolgt die Entwicklung der perfekten Technik immer Kopf, allein bereits beimm Zusehen. Dann wird sie körperlich umgesetzt. Darin liegt der Sinn dieser Treffen. Sie sind keinesfalls vergeblich, noch sinnlos. Wer das nicht versteht ist in Aikido falsch und wird wenig Erfolg / keine Weiterentwicklung erfahren.

    Non capirò mai il senso di quest'arte.. capisco l'estetica e magari la coordinazione ecc. ma sembra che c sia sempre questo implicito messaggio che vuole far credere che cose del genere possano avere anke solo una lontana attinenza col combattimento..cosa che ovviamente è superfluo specificare che non è..

      Buongiorno, inizialmente anch'io avevo la sua stessa impressione. Poi ho iniziato a praticare Aikido e ne ho compreso la grande efficacia, sia pratica che spirituale. Per la versione combat esiste l'Aikijutsu, tremendamente efficace, tanto è vero che diverse tecniche verranno poi acquisite nel Krav Maga, nell' MMA e in altre pratiche combat. Grazie per la sua osservazione che ritengo estremamente attinente a quanto viene generalmente percepito.
