I discovered a 2yr old video of yours & was so appreciative of how thorough you were, I began 2 search 4 sum year 2 date video's & viola...here you are. What a g8t find. Thank you so much 4 your time & insight in helping ppl like me....
Hey Ravi, do you recommend doing everything through Asana and/or clickup or also link these softwares with slack for internal communication? Best to you
Just a note on the hierarchy. There is a difference between a workspace and a organization. I recommend people sign up with their domain for a organization and then you get teams as a feature. PS. Your missing out on two Asana superpowers. 1. Automate the My Task view. 2. Multi-homing of tasks.
Hi Ravi thank you for this! Brand new to Asana but you convinced me lol! I try to time block and batch work so I'm wondering is there a way to view our tasks by say a certain tag or subtask type across all tasks projects? For example, say like I have Mondays dedicated to Admin/Finance stuff and so can I see a list of everything tagged Admin/Finance across all tasks/projects so I can just knock them out one after the other? Same sort of question if my Wednesdays are dedicated to filming, so any task or subtask that requires filming across all projects (or tasks?). I feel like it should just be adding a column to the My Task widget to show such tag but it doesn't seem to be an option on that widget to add a column so wondering if any other way I can view this. Sorry for the long question, hoping it makes sense. Thank you!!
Hey Ravi I’m confused. Didn’t you guys move from Asana to clickup? I was watching your video about click up the other day to implement some of these systems in my company and now I’m a bit confused 😂 Anyway, keep up the amazing content! Would love to see how you think about creating processes (from identifying them to documenting and so on…)

@@RaviAbuvala gotcha thanks for answering. In my case looks like both options are a good solution for my business I shouldn't overthink it too much. Keep up the good work! P.s. A video on how to document SOPs would be insanely interesting if you have something like that in mind
@ Hello! Which project management tool did you end up going for, Asana or ClickUp? If you went with ClickUp, how's it been treating you? I'm an Asana user myself but have been curious about ClickUp lately. Please let me know, thanks!
With all due Respect? Advanced apologies! But this is a fantastic example of Analysis Paralysis. Simple: Does a prospect want to business or Not? If Not 100%? Move on... Way too many more business ops in the wings. Or cut your losses quickly and cleanly. NUFF Said... Asana circa 1999.

For the hierarchy where's the position of portfolio?

If you have a company, cant you pay a developer to create a software like asana? Or is it that hard to code?
I enjoyed seeing your asana. Can we see the full asana workspace of all of your teams, mainly media? That would be amazing! Great Job!
Great suggestion - we’ll put it on the list, thank you!
Nice video sir. Poor Jack Wood was thrown right under the bus haha.
Good Sir ❤️
Thanks!
Do you use asana or Clickup to manage your clients?
We are currently using Asana.
With all due Respect? Advanced apologies!
But this is a fantastic example of Analysis Paralysis.
