44:48 I was literally considering this question myself. Hadn't played much over the winter, took my PRGR out to the driving range and was a good 5mph behind the last lot of readings I had from the end of summer. A month later and back up to normal speed. For once, Sam makes sense here! I know, I'm scared too.

Oh man played this course with my dad while on holiday back in 2007. Iirc the clubhouse back then was a simple 1 storey affair like someone's home. Don't think the houses lining the course were there either. Beautiful surroundings. We walked the course for 9h.
