Alright, I’ve been sitting on a $156k emergency fund for a while now, and I’m finally ready to dip my toes into the investment pool. This video better be good because I’m done googling “best stocks” and getting nowhere. Give me that head start, please, and don’t just tell me to buy Tesla.
$156k? Nice stack! But diving in without a plan could be messy. I got burned trying to go solo, then a financial advisor helped me turn things around. Might be worth looking into one before throwing your cash into “undervalued” stocks.
I'm really fascinated investing in stocks this 2025, but I haven’t put in a lot of money yet, despite seeing news of people making millions, because I’m always concerned about the risks involved. What are the best strategies for less risk and more gains?
Diversifying your investments can help you manage risk while aiming for solid returns. It might be a good idea to explore sectors that tend to do well during inflation, like bonds or utilities. Also, seeking the help of a financial advisor could be really beneficial. They can provide you with tailored guidance and help you develop a strategy that aligns with your goals.
I totally agree with you. I started out investing on my own too and lost quite a bit. After the 2020 crash, I managed to pull out about $160k. I then invested that money with an analyst, and in just seven months, I made almost $580,000. It's amazing how having the right guidance can turn things around!
Thanks for the suggestion! I really needed it. I looked her up on Google and explored her website; she has an impressive background in investments. I've sent her an email, and I hope to hear back from her soon!

Hey Paul, I feel like a good average to look at if you could pull the data would be, historic EPS growth vs. historic price appreciation. What are you thoughts? I feel like if company's are doing buy backs to add to the eps growth this increase should match price appreciation over time. If they arnt getting that appreciation they would be better giving dividends.??
Where are you getting your “up to $30k/yr” for running a robotaxi figure? I would think that if it were so easy, far more people than just those coming from Uber, Lyft, and taxis would try and do this, which would flood the market and plummet prices, if you can even find a rider in the first place.
If we all have Teslas and let them work as a taxi it is very interesting what will be the price of this service :) I can't believe you put Tesla in that video!!!

I always wonder why we care that much what analysts think if 80 % can’t beat the S&P? Is it because we don’t have much choice or cumulatively they are more accurate?
It's rare to find a stock that is undervalued if the company and overall market are posting solid basic metrics. Either the market has to panic or the company has to be struggling with something important to their business model (or maybe you find a one off, which is solely luck). That said, there are a few industries that I'm watching. I'm 99% ETF and play with 1%, so I don't actually care if I am right or not. I'd say companies like INTC and MPW are potential candidates... INTC hopefully didn't just make a huge mistake pushing Gelsinger out. Semiconductors are on decade business decision cycles. His impact was just now being seen - including a GPU that is one of the best values on the market now (not the best functional metrics, but functional and affordable). He got pushed out for a non-engineering executive team. Time will tell. MPW just needs to survive the next few years until their tenants can stabalize. If they do, then they'll need to dig out of the hole being dug by their shaky customer base. Decent bets, but both gambles. I'm also not actually buying either, just doing some fun thought experiments.
