- Here are some ideas and invitations from Tradional Chinese Medicine for strengthening the lower back. The video is aimed at strengthening rather than curing or healing.
Lower back pain can be due to many factors and so a one to one consultation with a reliable practitioner is your best bet in my opinion.
However, I hope this is of benefit.
It begins with suggestions as to how to stand and walk in such a way that supports and strengthens your back and then moves on to show two Qigong movements that I favour for this condition as a maintenance routine - to keep yourself flexible and strong.
