I agree with you. It’s very annoying like TH-cam has done it in the past. I understand if the video is only like a minute or a minute and 30 seconds long but these videos are about 2 minutes and 30 seconds long so it’s kind of ridiculous. I’ve had had it be a problem in the past, but it hasn’t been a problem for a while but for the past couple weeks, they’ve been turning these videos into shorts and I’m gonna have to try to start making these videos a little bit longer now because of that which I can definitely do Also you know TH-cam has a survey for TH-camrs and I took it and I said I don’t really like shorts I’ve always been a person who has done videos. I don’t really do shorts and if it is a short, it’s because it’s something that I know that it’s gonna be not relatively like a video but yeah it’s annoying. I wish there was a thing for people to opt out of shorts, but TH-cam is trying to pull a TikTok and have shorter videos so that’s really what it is.

youtube is so annoying for turning videos into shorts without the uploader’s knowledge or the ability to opt-out of videos becoming shorts
