Depends on individual colleges. Usually there will be one form where you need to fill all the exam details and you will be shortlisted accordingly (like SP Jain used to do before)

You would need to complete all the backlogs in the same academic year so that you graduate with your batch. If you are able to, it should not be a problem otherwise you would not be allowed to take admission

In none of my interviews they checked for any marksheet. Sometimes they might skim through and depends on the interviewer's mood

If you get in and do well in school it will cover up everything. Maximum you can face some problem for summers but not in final placement
