The METABO KGS 305M should have a SoftStart as a base, but it is clear from the video that the motor starts with the same surge as my Metabo KGS 254. I had to complete the SoftStart because the motor and bearings suffer a lot. It is precisely the rear attachment of the rotor that is not in the bearing but only in the housing, and it suffers a lot from such shocks during lowering and is destroyed.

I believe this is the older version. The new version has a soft start motor and instead of a classic LED work light it has Precision Cut Line LED.
