    진짜 엄청 피곤하실 텐데도 아침 저녁에 짝꿍님한테 다정하게 조잘조잘 말씀하시는 에이스님 너무 대단하고 귀여워요ㅠㅠ 저는 에너지 마이너스 통장 되면 말문이 턱 막혀서 주변 사람들 말에 대꾸하기도 싫더라구요... 반성하게 되네요

      저는 회사 에서 말을 많이 안 하는 편인데 또 투머치토커라서 말할당량(?) 다 안 하면 잠이 안 오더라구요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅠㅠㅠ 진짜진짜 죽을 것 같은 날에는 저도 그냥 축 늘어져 있지만 그래도 어떻게든 다 쏟아내려고 하는 편이에요ㅋㅋㅋ

    벌써 직장 10년차 직장인인데 스트레스 푸는 나만의 방법을 찾는게 진짜 어려웠어요ㅠㅠ
    저도 일만 하다 결국 몸도 마음도 병나서 시작하게 된 운동이 스트레스 해소에 도움되었어요!
    그리고 나를 위해 맛있게 만들어먹는 요리도 넘 좋더라구요~❤️
    에이스님 건강 꼭 챙겨가면서 일하시길!!! 나 자신보다 더 중요한건 없습니다😂!

    저도 항상 일이 많다고 생각했는데, 에이스님 매일 야근 하시는거 보니까 저는 아무것도 아니였어요😂 일요일마다 에이스님 브이로그 기다리는 맛에 살다보니 벌써 5월 중순이네요ㅎㅎ 다음주도 파이팅 입니다! 아자아자!

    My suggestion would be to do something that you really enjoy during the weekend/non working time. For me, I enjoy finding a cafe to chill and drink coffee alone during the weekend even though just a one hour thingy, or sometime go for manicure that makes me feel good and pretty. You will realize that small things like this can cheer you up !

    I personally think crossing the work-life balance can be okay as long as you get paid accordingly, it's never okay when a company overworks you and pay you sht (experiencing that right now). If you think the overworking has taken a toll on you and in many aspects (especially mental and pay) it's not worth your energy, maybe it's better you plan for another job in the near future. You as a person comes first, do what you love and what does not burden you.

    I usually just drink coffee and eat something delicious, maybe working out too since it kind of relaxing after you finished working out. I rarely hanging out with my friends so I just go home and watch something

    현 디자인 직종 직장인이에요..
    평일에 매일같이 야근하고 마감일 직전엔 철야에 특근을 일삼는..
    저는 남자친구랑 주말에 야구장 가서 스트레스 풀어요!
    이기면 좋지만 져도 선수들 응원가 부르고 소리 지르면 일주일을 살아갈 힘이 생김 ㅋㅋㅋ
    에이스님도 스트레스 풀리는 취미를 꼭 찾길 바래요❤

    Hey Ace, overworking itself isn’t a healthy matter. I do understand that this is a common matter in some countries and you can’t do too much about it.
    Think about chatting with your manager regarding your work load, and try to get away from work during off hours and weekends to build some boundaries between your work and life. That shall help you stress less. Take care!

    에이스님 이직하면서 연봉 많이 올리고 간거라고 말해줘요…전직장보다 더 빡세잖아요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 전 일단 스트레스 받으면 잠을 자요 스트레스 엄청 받으면 입맛도 사라지더라구요ㅠ 그리고 운동 꼭 하세요!!!!

    This is not intended as a criticism, but I think if she spent less money on so many expensive things she would need to work less and be less tired. She sometimes buys to cheer herself up because of how tired she is, she needs to buy cosmetics to cover her tired face, eat out (it's more expensive) and unhealthy due to the same tiredness... that's a toxic cycle that's hard to get out of. You are not going to be buried with your stuff, time is more important than branded stuff. Take care of your health and get your time back. You will be happier.

      @@mocneeuqtotally agree. I used to be a nurse and worked long hours until I woke up and smelled the roses. I took early retirement last year as realised life is way to short as it is. Am now loving life. I do wonder why they work such long hours in Korea though. Do they have too ?

    You look so tired thank you for this new weekly vlog I really enjoyed watching it! I am a French student and I also work for a company so my schedule is also really full but I can say that I use Notion to organize my professionnal and private life, I schedule everything in my week (gym, appointments, friends or family time), my homework and housework). If I can't manage, I prioritise, try to do one thing for work one thing for my house and one thing for me (skincare or massage or family dinner, hanging out with a friend), for exemple it's really hard for me to go to the gym but I need to take care of my body so I go at least once a week (on weekend). I can't do everything every week so i try to spread over the weeks and I write it to remember that all my weeks are not the same and I still have a life and not being a robot.
    I can't find time to read, need to study at night these days but because my exams are coming so sometimes it's juste a rush time and after I'll have more time for new activities like reading books, going to the park.
    I don’t know your whole life, but what helps me to be organized, it's to use notion and to find time for everything essential for your work but also for you your life. Advice: not push you to try to do everything, for example I wanted to do 5 workout sessions like everyone but my schedule does not allow me and even if I can get up at 4 am, in the long term I will not keep up the pace. That’s how I understood that it’s good to want to reconcile everything, but the best thing is to spread over the whole week what we want to do and make sure that the days remain feasible. And sometimes if we can’t do everything, it doesn’t matter we should already congratulate ourselves and be proud to manage so many things in our life and for you for making videos, editing I know is very long which is why I wait for your videos, your rest and health above all.     지금의 일을 시작했을 때도 과부하가 걸렸고, 이것 때문에 더 느리게 사는 법을 배웠고, 모든 것을 통제하는 것을 좋아하기 때문에 쉽지 않지만, 저는 숨쉬고 한 시간 동안 앉아서 재미있는 TV 프로그램을 보거나 제가 좋아하는 책을 읽을 수 있는 시간을 좀 주는 법을 배웠습니다. 수분을 공급하고 건강하고 정해진 시간에 식사를 하세요. 그리고 행복해지는 것을 잊지 마세요.

    i love watching your vlogs. i'm a teacher, so i've never experienced working in an office, so i can through you!
    if you're feeling cold lately maybe you should go to the doc as it may be a sign of being anemic :( that can lead to more consequences so take care of your health first and foremost!
    i usually hang out with friends or do some exercise to decompress after work, it's really fun and fills me with energy even if i felt like death before doing so 😅
    take care of yourself and don't push yourself too hard, we're all rooting for you, fighting !!💪

    For work stress: I write in a journal to get the work thoughts out of my head, and go for some exercise (run, walk or gym). The endorphins + the fact that I am doing something for myself rather than working all day helps!

    people always say take breaks when there is stress, but some breaks are really not enough. I suggest catching up well with sleep and be able to take a whole day off doing nothing. if possible for working people, since you earn, learn to take regular vacations, whether it is somewhere nearby or a staycation is good enough.

    Try to watch something relaxing even for 5 minutes every night it will help you release stress
    during weekends, have sometime just for you and your boyfriend and you alone.. i had a severe burnout lately because I am working a full time office job, studying for an important test, working on my side business and I am a wife and mother of two kids so I feel you... but please, health comes first :).. wish you all the best

    매일 야근하시고 집 가서 또 일… 영상으로만 봐도 너무 지치네요…. 스트레스 받을 때 좋아하는 넷플이나 유튜브 영상보면 좀 나아요 근데 조건은 따듯한 이불안에서 입니다 가능할 지 모르겠지만.. 시도는 해보세요 항상 응원해요 일 하는 것도 좋지만 건강이 1순위입니다 그것이 되야 다른 것도 가능해요 비타민 잘 챙겨드세요 집까지 가서 일이라니 마음이 아프네요 그치만 우리 같이 힘내요 에이스님 항상 응원합니당❤

    Sleep is really important to fuel your body. 8 hrs minimum is really required else you’ll slowly face lot of issues if you consistently don’t get enough sleep. Your health deteriorates nd becomes 10 yrs older

    Hi Ace, figthing!!!! I was in burn out, so I asked to work from home 2 or 3 times a week, that really helped 😊 overwork and then facing 1h or more to get home... it's a lot. Hope it helped! Thank u do much for your videos they always help me to face my work week❤

    영상은 에이스님이 대학생 시절부터 봤는데 처음 댓글달아요,,,!😢 에이스님 대학생 시절 저도 대학생이라 영상 보면서 좋은 자극 왕창받고 친구들한테 영상 추천도 많이 했거든요~그리고 어느덧 직장인이 되어서 일 하시는 에이스님 보면서 신기하고 또 멋지기도 했습니다😊그러다 저도 올 1월부터 처음 직장에 다니게 되면서 에이스님 영상 공감을 넘 많이 하고 있어요ㅠ 저도 4월말부터 다른 업무를 시작하고 야근을 하거나 집에 가서 일을 하거나ㅠ 하면서 요즘 이게 맞나 이런 생각도 많이 들고 체력이 안되니 누워있게만 되더라고여ㅠ 진짜 스트레스를 해소하지 못하니 이런 직장 생활 어떻게 오래할까 걱정만 하는데 에이스님도 저도 얼른 스트레스 해소할 수 있는 방법 찾으면 좋겠네요😂😊😊 그래서 저는 어릴적 입시로 준비했던 춤을 다시 취미로 해볼까 생각하고 있어요:) 좋아하는 걸 먼저 시작해볼까 합니다~~에이스님도 휴식 꼭!!!취하시고 건강만 하길 바랄게요❤

    Dear Ace, please, look after yourself, I think you are working way too much, I would really get very sad if you get burn out. Please, eat well, and try to stop overworking a little, read more, spend time with family, friends and boyfriend.
    You can try a bit of yoga, maybe reading little books or comics of your liking. But pleeeeaseee look after yourself!

    My work is so tough too. There was a period when I was overworked so much that my health went down drastically. It effects both my physical and mentally health 🥲 I felt down and cried a lot. Until now i still don’t know how to have a work life balance

    에이스님 몸 차시면 홍삼 한번 추친드려요! 저도 몸이 정말 찬데 대학원 다니면서 밤엔 취준하느냐고 체력떨어질 때 홍삼먹으면 그나마 덜 피곤하더라고요. 저녁먹기 전에 홍삼먹고 밥 간단히 먹으면 좀 버틸만해요😂 건강 잘 챙기세요오 아프지마요오

    저도...왕복5시간 통학+3주 내내 시험기간이었어서 병났다가 간신히 회복했어요😢 근데 아직도 눈은 부어서 소세지 달고 다니는ㅠㅠ 스트레스 해소에는 쇼핑이 최고 같습니다!!!

    스트레스 푸는 거에는 운동이 최고에요
    아니몀 명상하는 것도 추천 드려요
    아니면 짝궁하고 넷플로 운동해보세요
    10분짜리부터 시작해서 점점 늘려가는거죠 시간을
    처음부터 1시간을 하자가 아니고요 ㅎㅎ

    Tbh I'm wondering the same, how to release stress and have better work-life balance, for the last 2-3 months my health was affected though I'm doing much better know i want to find the way not to be like before, I'm trying to dedicate more time to myself and these days is by doing exercise at least 3 days a week and also trying to get some rest. Let's cheer up, you're doing well~

    I work 60-90 hours a week at my job as hospital pharmacist. Try to get more sunshine if possible, eat healthy, drink enough water less caffeine, and do something you love every day (even a little thing)

    I also always try to commit myself to exercising by signing a package at the gym but I end up wasting my money coz I never go 😂 If you can force yourself to get into it though, I think it can really help with stress. Or you can try pilates, I’ve been doing reformer pilates for a few months, and it does help! I feel really good after exercising. The best way to distress really is to have time off, I think you should try to take weekends off if possible, it’s really important 🥺 (though I understand sometimes work might not allow you to.) Fighting Ace!!
    PS, after I got the carrot pad at Seoul during my trip, my three other friends who went together with me all got it too hahahaha. They tried it and went and buy it the next day coz it was so good lol

    Even in my country India, yes we are part of Asia as well😂 we don’t dress up formally to daily work
    Nd in west people wear summery shorts nd what not to work..
    are dressing standards also high in korea irrespective of field? Bcos in the rest of the world IT guys are the coolest dressing up people

    보면서 늘 궁금 했던게 카드지갑에 딱 교통카드만 어떻게 인식하는거죠? ㅠㅠ매번 카드 여러개 넣으면 다른것도 다 인식해서 한장에 카드만 대라고 하던데 에이스님은 딱 하나씩만 찍히더라고요! 혹시 차단 카드이런걸 넣었나? 하고 여쭤보아요!

      캡슐통은 예전에 네이버에서 네스프레소 호환 스벅 캡슐 살 때 사은품으로 준거에요! 집에서 먹을 때는 그냥 기분에 따라 시럽 넣고 안넣고 하는 것 같아요!
