    Oh hell yeah! I have 3 of these that have gone on the blink, exactly like this. They have all been left plugged in for several years (like you would be expected to use them!) I have access to a lathe, and I'm a dab hand at soldering, so looking forward to saving myself buying another 4-pack and consigning the old ones to landfill. THANK YOU!

    I thought the glue job was terrible until the lathe came out again. Brilliant idea!!

    Mine was the same. You can carefully prise the case apart, then glue it back with a little super glue.

    why you din't install tasmota or esphome on it? secondly what device you sued for testing the capacitor the black attachment on the multimeter?

    And all that to save putting in a screw to hold it together and make it easy to service, what happened to the right to repair? I think we should all stop buying glued items.

    Trash it theyre worthless and dont last too long, and theyre pretty cheap compared to others, dont waste your time
