@@monimonica9529We are great Motorsport fans, from Argentina we remember the great Juan Manuel Fangio, from my childhood Carlos Reutemann. We have had Hakkinen, Raikkonen, Bottas, Keke Rosberg and his son half- Finn Nico Rosberg. Argentinian rally is a great event, hopefully F1 someday comes back to Argentina. Now we just enjoy Franco, he has all the talent to become World Champion. He has a very mature driving style, like he would been in F1 for many years. Let’s go!
He's got tons of charisma, talent, supporters and investors behind. Why would the F1 let a gem like this go? It's great for the business, and maybe he ends up being an amazing driver in the future, who knows. They NEED to make room for him in 2025, somehow.
This boy CocaCola seems a very nice bloke but my god how is it possible that someone that sounds so monotonous, like a 2stroke outboard at very slow speed, drives so fast in a car? He could become the new Mr. Consistency. Vamos dear Cola.
@@jeroenbons637 🤣🤣🤣 In english.....yes, you are right. But when he speaks spanish he sounds completely different. He sounds like Gustavo Cerati, one of the best rock pop musicians/singers in the history of this world, composer/singer/guitar player of the great band Soda Stereo.
@@jeroenbons637, I wonder what "monotonous" actually means to you? This guy laughs pretty often, not like many English I've heard along my life (some even sound like sort of speaking bots to me) and some US Citizens. If you ever Learn Argentinean Spanish and listen to him...he sounds differently. Chances are that he is being monitored by Williams during these Interviews in English and so he has to restrain himself.
oh wonderful to see him as special featured guest in your podcast! My newest addition to my F1 virtual grandsons and such a talent and charm he has! I so want him to have a seat 2025 already but if he chooses differently because longer term (2026 and beyond) he may have a better path I shall be more or less at peace... He's a real revelation and will do his nation, continent and the entire latin american world proud (and I'm sure that Checo Pérez fully agrees to that)
He's so mature and so on point with his answers. Very honest and very hard working. I really hope he gets a seat next year. He's lovely!! I'm from Argentina, I'm very proud of him!!!
Christian, we NEED a video of you trying 'mate'🧉 😂 Loved the interview! It's funny how Franco is more 'restrained' during English interviews. I hope it's not the media training kicking in 😁
I dont think so!.
17:45 His humor and energy change when he talks about his country, it is clear that he is proud to be Argentinean 🇦🇷 Te bancamos Franco sos re crack y acá estamos basadisimos de fana por los coches por vos
Vamos Franco Colapinto ! One of our own now in F1 after 20 years and first time in 42 years since an Argentinian F1 driver scored points ! After Juan Manuel Fangio I think Franco represents our renewed hope in this sport ! I'm going to the race in Brasil from Argentina just to support Franco at Interlagos ! ♥ 💙🤍💙
Had anyone paid attention to Franco in his FP1 at the very challenging Silverstone. He was quickly up to speed and was allowed to try race pace the whole last half. He pushed well. Hadjar on the other hand was a flop there. I didn't look at older stuff until his surprise announcement - who is this kid Colapinto in P6 of F2 without a feature win? His onboard is a treat. Jego does a lot of coaching for the tires and corners needing changes to either cut time or tire wear. Bearman has also done a spectacular job in his 2 subs for 2 teams. Had Ollie not had a slight moment in the castle section on his final Q2 Baku run, he'd have made it into Q3 thereby bumping Albon (that would have spared Alex the fan embarrassment).🤣 Alex was 0.128 faster than Ollie (0.8 faster in S2 however where Ollie was yellow with some purple the middle micro sector). Franco was 6th in Q2, 0.37 faster than Alex.
The best rookie from many years……this from Finland 🇫🇮, we really don’t appraise other countries drivers, but Franco is a real deal.
WOW, Finland! Thanks for the support. ☘️🕊️🕯️🙏 Peace from Argentina
