Pramila, recipe ke liye thanks.Lekin jab maine banaya to besan jalne laga tha aur mujhe thod pani sprinkle karna pada,fir maine use steam mein pakaya.Mujhe lagta hai yeh step necessary hai.
Pramila rani will definitely try this recipe and give you a feed back.Could you also give the recipe of meethi roti usually made in Rajput households.It was somewhat like nankhatai.Some 50yrs. back our Cook/baiji in Jodhpur used to make with maida -sugar and ghee only, on a greased thali kept on a sigri/coal angeethi.The thali used to be covered with another thali on which a few burning coal used to be kept.(You could say it was baked as per the local procedure)These were the size of medium roti and were lightly dressed with a kesar liquid making them look very pretty.These were so delicious that these finished the day itself these were made.Have not forgotten their taste,even much better than nan khatai or biscuit.Would love to learn to make these.Thanks &God bless!
