I really enjoyed watching this walking tour.
It’s a beautiful and quiet place,I was there last March 18-20, 2023, visiting my sister and her family. The boulevard is quiet busy ,many people having drinks and meals in all the restaurants around ,the stretch of the boulevard is mostly restaurants. Enjoy the stroll at the bay walk and the park . Nice place to retire.👏👏😘
Visited Andy at Brew Garden. Microbrewery! And crossed the strait to Santander to lunch at Koen of Belgian Bistro. Great guys who run their establishments perfectly. Staid at Rovira Suites, Thalatta and Allura resorts.
Excellent pictures, good lens. In person, air pollution obscures visibility on some days. Videos should someday have smells. The odors are very special.😅

It looks like a lovely place. And some of the buildings here at the boulevard are nice. The tent eateries are nice. This boulevard is similar to Iloilo City's Muelle Loney street which overlooks the ILOILO River.
Its very diffsreny from iloilo but but both very nice. The iloilo blvd by the river looks so modern. They had reclaimed some area in recent years and made the blvd bigger. But it is the trees that make the place so nice and very laid back ambiance.
Yeah if I ever go to the Philippines I am going to take a bottle of Ciproflaxin. I once got food poisoning in Mexico. I only got better after being given Cipro as it kills all the bacteria. Other antibiotics did nothing
The problem is you buy in these food courts and street stalls, hygiene very low, no toilet paper in toilet no soap all cold water, be careful what you eat, sorry but this is the story from all the malls
ENOUGH with the dumaguete spiel. There is NOTHING good about Dumaguete, and thats after I lived there for 4 years! Its NOT fair to cause people to get a good expectation of a place from a YT vlog! It caused me to come there and buy a property and waste part of my life. The bottom line is anyone who chooses to live there has NO IDEA about The Philippines and you are propagating ignorance.

Not sure why people do these tours on rainy days This puts Dumaguete in a very bad light, lierally👺 I was interested in looking to move there, but it looks like trash in this video Maybe this is how it usually looks, since it is in a rainy tropical climate
Greetings from Canada pk! Thank you po for featuring my hometown Dumaguete City❤!

I miss walking on the boulevard. Hopefully someday I will walk there again.

That's great, now I know what to expect! Thank you.
My last visit was November 2017... Looking forward to going back there
Nice ! Lovely place, looking forward for more town & city walking vlogs, wag laging palengke… watching from Singapore 😊
My husband was stationed in the Phillipines in 1970 while in the Marine Corps. He had many fond memories of Dumagete.
EVERYBODY has fond memories of ANYWHERE in the Philippines in the 70s................. it has changed.
Visited Andy at Brew Garden. Microbrewery! And crossed the strait to Santander to lunch at Koen of Belgian Bistro. Great guys who run their establishments perfectly.
Staid at Rovira Suites, Thalatta and Allura resorts.
Best affordable place to retire. Also out of the typhoon belt and rated the safest place to live.

@armando A lonely place or you meant to say "lovely place"? :)
@@marijolivitzky4336 Sorry. It's lovely. I have been there.
I agree ....it DOES "look like a lovely place" ...... but IT AINT.
The trycicles are massive there compared to the ones in Luzon. How many passengers they take.
Beautiful place
what is the reason for so many people waiting in line line at min 11:20 - 12:00 ?
those are passenger going to north.. like municipality of sibulan, san jose and amlan
we have city ordinance that passengers in transportation terminals should fall in line to avoid disorganize loading of passengers
whats that line for at 12 minute mark? for tricycles?
Siguro this was taken on a Sunday and rainy day , medyo tahimik , sa totoo lang ang dami ng tao dito sa dumaguete pag maganda ang weather …
Must be Sunday, early morning
Dumaguete city a little city
Despite of being a small city the city is dubbed as the "university town" because of the five university institutions.
Take note for those who are from dumaguete and pampanga depends of them in Cebu live In mandaue city ldr is long distance relationship
How safe is the food in that market if nothing is on ice or refrigerated?
Yeah if I ever go to the Philippines I am going to take a bottle of Ciproflaxin. I once got food poisoning in Mexico. I only got better after being given Cipro as it kills all the bacteria. Other antibiotics did nothing
❤❤❤👍👍👍
Yummy ❤😊
Doesn't look too crowded.
It seems all of the Phillipines looks the same unless you are in Makati or BGC
It all looks kinda run down, as if there were better times once.
Unsay nahitabo sa dumaguete, mga 2000 model city pa ang syudad, murag wala may progress ang dumaguete.

Reply to Chris Taylor what about your hygiene ,do you wash your butt after 😅😅😅😅

Where do you recommend?
@@Chiefskingdom58 ANYWHERE that does not speak Cebuano. Thats the short of it.
@@jimw7916ok thank you…Is there a reason you feel this way? I’m ignorant to the Philippines so just trying to learn. Thanks

the entire video makes me not want to ever visit dumagete
