Have you thought of trying any of the RA2 mods? Not something on the order of mental omega mind you, but there's a mod I use called Devastation, it adds a bunch of small changes, for example America airborne drops veteran GIs, Allies get a medic, Soviets get a Sakura (sniper unit), etc.

I enjoy the way you play but there’s a part of me that wishes you would train a few Rocketeers at times when you play Allies. Anyways GG
I noticed how red alert 2 favour allies more than soviet that soviet doesn't even have an air unit that can transport
