There's an issue on the website where you can't go to "services" "contact" or "about unless you're on the main home page. It looks like it's because the buttons are linked to elements on that specific page but not links by themselves and can therefore not be found on any other page even though the buttons are there in the top right corner. I hope you can let Natalie know asap :) Beautiful website anyway and I wish her all the success in the world!

You have enough, you are enough, now say it over and over and live that way, smile a ton, until you genuinely feel you are enough. That is which you are

    • @Infinite_exhilaration
      @Infinite_exhilaration 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

pandabutter bingo 💡 that’s a problem with self help, you don’t feel like you are inherently are enough, you are lacking, so you seek out confidence, how to speak without doubt, the build a better me game, but in actuality you have always been enough to begin with, just from conception you were lied to, and were brainwashed to believe you aren’t enough, and so it’s this grand chase, which isn’t your fault, and the pursuit of being the best version of yourself is noble, admirable, and possibly the best one you could strive for, but every time you think I’m not confident, I’m going to become it, you are reinforcing that you aren’t enough, so instead, you have to assimilate the understanding you are perfect, whole, and complete, as yourself, but you want to contribute, add value, so you learn different skills, so skill acquisition, think of them as enhancements, you are not only making progress in whatever skill you want to learn, speaking a new language, communicate effectively, learn how to play guitar, whatever it is, you are becoming even greater then that which you are, it’s really crazy, you think you aren’t enough, so you spend countless hours reading, listening to podcast, attending seminars, only to realize you’ve always been enough, and it’s just the thought you aren’t enough which is deeply engrained in your subconscious is the reason why, it’s trippy

God has been calling you and you haven't been answering, he's trying to get your attention before it's too late. Call on Jesus and know that he will heal you in every way if you choose to seek him. He won't fail to show himself to you. If you're unsure, and openminded to an answer, ask that he may open you up to find him and expect it and it will happen. If you subconsciously don't want God to be the answer tho, He will not bother showing himself to you; it's about a relationship, not a religion, He won't force himself into your life and save you if you don't want Him

  • @NickVennlig

You have no idea how much I needed this and how much it resonates with me. A post-grad only months out of college has led me to be the most pensive and reflective that I've ever been. Questioning my current situation and all my options to live a life that I'm satisfied with. Doing my internet searching and I came across this video and it has been an unbelievable help. What's unbelievable but also emerging I think now in the modern era with mental health discussions is the whole idea that we live and see life by the way our minds dictate it.That's why such unrelated things to us personally bother us or why one single compliment from a stranger may change our whole attitude about ourselves or the current moment. I have struggled with this in the past, but just telling yourself that the mind itself is both the origin to our happiness and and our negativity is helping. Once you change that pessimism to optimism then life can be so different. IT SOUNDS SO CLICHE BUT IT NEEDS TO BE DONE!

Something that really helped me to feel gratitude/acceptance was adjusting my expectations. How could my life ever possibly measure up if the expectation is that everything will always go my way? Setting a more realistic standard for myself of what is a healthy balance of highs/lows helped me feel more satisfied with my life.

It took me along time to understand what happiness is and how to get it and what you are saying is very true. I was happy for 10 years with someone that broke my heart, when she left I could understand that happiness doens't come from the things that you have. I was happy and she wasn't. Focus our yourself to be happy, it is hard, a lazy person cannot be happy.

Today is Thanksgiving, but for me it is also my father's birthday. My father struggles greatly with depression. It my birthday letter to him, I explained to him that I hope he can work on two things. Acceptance and Gratitude.
I then get back to my house. I watch your video and hear you explain the importance of two things. Gratitude and acceptance.
These two things clearly are of so importance, and I thank you for making this video. Proves that some of my theories I have are not just me thinking them!

It is definitely worth the read if you want more info about this topic!

I feel very lucky seeing how everyone struggles with these things.
I have always been extremely appreciative of the small things and my every day to day. Growing up my Dad has always let small negative things in his day ruin it and I saw that enough to know I didn’t want to be like that which is what a large part of the reason I can be happy in all life’s little adversity’s.
I think spending time in a country that has far less then you also grounds you a hell of a lot and makes you live knowing how privileged you are, even if it might not seem that way in your immediate surroundings.

I had a similiar tought some days ago: sometimes things happen that influence your mood over a longer period of time. Even tough you are not unhappy all the time, the feeling comes back eventually. I know that I can't change my situation at the moment so I learned to accept it and I just give myself the time I need to feel better. Either good and bad days are "allowed". That's what I do: I allow myself to feel the way I do.
Don't blame yourself for your coping mechanisms.

Hey there! I’m following your youtube for quite a long time already watching each video you post and Ido really like what you post! So first of all I want to thank you for the content you make. Not only it helped me to learn new interesting stuff but it made me more mature and confident.
I’ve just watched your last video about buried life and came up with the idea of helping you by creating subtitles. I was kind of surprised when saw that you don’t have ones even in English, but i do think it might be a good feature of yours to have them in Russian in order to have more attention and get new audience. And of course in parallel with writing them in Russian I’ll create ones in English too. Russian is my native language and I am pretty good in English so I think this won’t be too hard for me to do.
I’m not asking anything back for that, because I will get huge amount of joy and great experience even without any benefits from you, and that is much more than enough.
Really hope to get a response, even the negative one.

Funny you put this footage of traffic jam at 4:05 in Poland. Increasing car traffic and terrible air pollution made me and my family to decide to move far away to the north close to polar circle.

Acceptance doesn’t mean that you resign to it, not try to work with it, or not try to grow out of it. It doesn’t mean passive resignation. Acceptance means recognizing the actuality of things without your story of how bad it is. - Heard that somewhere, I think a SuperSoul Sunday talk, and thought it was the best explanation of acceptance.

Turning 29 today and I'm tired of being lost. I learned allot from 28 but biggest thing it taught me is to clear the fog and see what is in front of me. Clear the fog.

Have you ever read 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck'? It's an incredible book, one of the best I've read, and it also talks about how when you say you want to be x, y and z, you're telling yourself that you're not already and that creates a feedback loop. It also looks at deep personal development work, the really life changing stuff, and deciding where to put your fucks so you really only focus on what truly matters to you, not trying to spread yourself too thin so you actually give proper time and effort to what you really care about. It's an amazing book, I can't recommend it enough.

Love how a certain mindset starts to read a certain set of other minds-set ideas and slowly starts to form their own, and ending with similar conclusions that are basically thousands of years old.. We are all one, aren’t we?🥰
