    Drawn & parametric masks were what sold darktable to me originally. You have clarified some techniques for me in this excellent video. I look forward to your episode # 3. Many thanks.

    I like all your videos, but this one was particularly useful to me. I use the path tool all the time, but wasn't aware of the handles, and how the feathering radius and mask contrast worked. So I just re-edited a photo I made a poor job of - much improved. Keep up the good work, and thank you for alll your efforts so far.

    Hello Nicolas, thanks for the video. It brings quiet a lot of clarity for me to the masks. In the past I spent much more time in exactly setting the path for mask. In future I can do this step much more faster and I will have more fun in postprocessing my photos.

    Really appreciate your videos on masking. You cover some of the points others have not, for whatever reason. I have a question on the damsel fly edit, would duplicating the first one (24 min mark) and then reversing the polarity have worked on the second portion for what you were trying to acheive?
