Hi, so probably you are Brazilian, right? Your great grandfather was probably called Michele di Santo or di Sanctis... So you probably can call the city center to ask if they got something about your family there and I know they got plenty of documents. If you want to get your Italian citizenship from him there is quite a trouble, because he is your great grandfather and if I can recall correctly you only can get from your grandparents, if your mother is interested you can get her to get out her application first and you can put yours after that ( you don't need to wait hers been accepted), and I know that to get your Italian citizenship your great grandfather could not had renounce his italian citizenship when he got to Brazil.
Anche miei bisnonni paterni (nonni materni di mio pappa) sono venuti da Trecchina! Si chiamavano Giuseppe Puglia e Maria Domenica Raffaelli Puglia. Per coincidenza anche il nonno materno di mia mamma (mio bisnonno) Angelo Vita . Tutti di Trecchina!
