That second Xbox that wasn't reading discs sounds like the laser isn't moving back and forth, like it's stuck in place from either not being put back on the rail properly, or the rails themselves need to be greased. The sound it was making sounds exactly like when my PS2's laser had the same sort of issue. Most likely a very easy fix thankfully
@@JacobRTWO well I do have a xbox 1s/1x controller of a different style and it appeared as a white controller but I never had a blue controller of that type but maybe they default to that color since microsoft allows you to customize their controllers

So I went to take it back cause i already own one and didnt need a second. And the lady gave me a hard time saying she couldnt take it back cause it didnt have a sticker seal on it.... Well for 1 this is the way you guys sold it to me and 2. NONE OF THEM HAVE A FUCKING SEAL STICKER!
From a company selling video games and systems I'd definitely expect better packaging then that. Even your above average private seller has better packaging.
funny how people say company's are 100% at fault with pre owned consoles which is kinda true but it also menas it is 100% fault towards whoever owned it before hand as well so it goes both ways instead of one way
i mean there is no real defense to them here, if u see that massive magic eraser scuffing its their fault. if its broken by shipping it might be due to lack of protection & by the looks of it they didnt packaged it well either just look at it. so the damage prob came from shipping cuz they didnt even put any sort of protection, putting these (deflated/popped) air protection only on 1 side is already a sign that smashed back & forth. seems they didnt had enough protection packaging (inner & outer) wrapping the whole thing in bubblewrap is the least thing they can to, instead they used minimal amount of these air pockets that pop very easy when pressed against anything hard/sturdy

I’m not sure when Microsoft stunted forcing a bunch of apps and all that crap but I remember setting up my Xbox series X a couple weeks ago and it just kept on saying do you want game pass now I nope do you wanna get a bunch of random apps I said no but still so don’t be happy that wanted and also it kept on popping up. Do you want to send data straight to Microsoft in developers like no thank you go away I don’t know what has become Microsoft.
