    Hi I have a Nikon d3500 but am not a professional 😂 I have all these lenses it came with even got limo studio lighting kit. It has black and white umbrellas. I’m expecting a baby girl in July and wanted to do photos at home. What lens would you recommend? Should I use the lights if the room is well lite or go to a less bright room? Thank you for this video very cute!!

      I'm sure the session has happened already but I recommend the 35mm and you can use any lighting as long as it's not too strong on them. Natural light truly teaches you alot on how artificial light will fall on the subject.

    How do you edit the foggy pose ?

    What lens is your favourite for newborn?

      @treichertphotography  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good questions. It's the 35mm lens.

      @@treichertphotography thanks so much for the reply! I just tried out a 35mm in my last newborn session, and it actually was AMAZING. Haha. Never going back to my 70-180mm in studio.

      @@treichertphotography I scheduled an unpaid session to focus on the froggy, & hands under chin pose. And for 4 hours we cycled through feeding, changing, cuddling, with a beautiful 6 day old newborn and could not settle her whenever she was unwrapped on the beanbag. I even tried just putting a blanket over her and having her sleep on the bag while not posing.
      This is my second time dedicating a session to these poses and coming out with nothing to show for it.
      Do you ever have babies that refuse to do poses on their tummies?
      Any tips?

    Hey!! I love this!! You’re awesome!! How do you get your fingers to not show in the picture? I’m trying to master this pose & get my confidence higher in doing it. Haha

      Thats a good question. Are you talking about my fingers? If so, I do a composite in photoshop where I merge the two images

      @@Pkafa lots of people have found it helpful so far. All of my videos are shot on a tripod most often mid-session. So I share what I can catch.

    Theresa! Beautiful work! Do you use the Tamron sp 35 mm f/1.4 Di usd lens for Canon EF. I have a canon eos 80D. I recently bought the nifty 50mm lens f/1.8 stm. I did also purchase the 40-70mm f 2.8 Canon lens. Would I just need the Tamron sp 35mm f/ 1.4 for wide angle around $700? I did see the macro and standard lens too for canon! What do you suggest? Thank you I love your work! I am wanting to do a table top instead of bean bag. I have a soft box. What metering gadget do you have on top of your camera that’s connected to the soft box?
