Guh...ok I my point was that you don;t know for what are you paying. U pay u download and install smth and there is the big chance to be a scam. And it would be really sad cuz this softower is awesome and maybe the one of the most productive ones out there.

It's not really a good software when it comes to plans. Most homes are in brick-veneer construction, which means there are two types of walls, one being an external brick wall and the other is the frame and plaster sheet construction, which means there are to be two separate walls on the plan details so show which is the bricks wall and which is the wood or steel frame, as some homes have opted for a steel framed homes in areas where termites are a problem. So, having two walls along the outer wall of the plan is critically important for measurement of the external and internal wall. to accurately lay bricks perfectly with the matching windows and doors where the bricks stop and start at the other end of the windows and doors. So, when drawing an external wall it must have two lines instead of one that represents the two walls, whereas the internal walls are only one line and both the twin external walls and the inner walls must have their own thickness, e.g. the bricks used and their thickness and the wall next to it being the same wall as the internal walls, but because the plaster sheets (you call them Drywall) on the external frame is only one sheet and therefore one measurement of 12 mm thickness, the internal walls have two sheets at both sides and is another 12 mm thicker. These wall measurements both external and internal are important in home plans, otherwise the builder would have to start scratching their heads as to how you came up with a plan that doesn't measure up with the real construction. IMSI is the only Floorplan that offers walls thickness measurements and the drawing, if dome properly will look professional and easy to understand. Again, it depends on the type of house you want. Some are double bricks but all double brick homes built since the 40's have 30-40 mm gap between the two external brick walls to allow air and eliminate moisture, plus keep the home cooler like a thermos. Other double brick homes built earlier that the 40's are solid bricks with stucco or plaster added in all walls and then painted over.

Yes, I've been trying to find a floor plan software that allows double walls and each wall is fully adjustable in thickness and height, both the outer wall and inner wall. And when the outer wall is drawn on the plan, those two different thickness walls must flow together, then for inner walls, a separate icon that should be there to draw inner walls. This icon has its own properties with fully adjustable thickness measurements and height. And is able to snap against the inner wall of the external double wall. I mean, if i could send you a screenshot, I would. So far I haven't found such software but I had to modify the IMSI Floor Plan 3D to get what i wanted. I thought, I'd find another software that would do a plan to my expectation. So far, nothing.
