People make fun of this, but it's rather nice. It's one of those rare cg anime films, and the first about a FREAKIN TALKING TRAIN. Sure, I wish it was translated, but hey. The crane is hilarious.
I also do like this. In fact... i think its hilarious a German V 212 is the Bad Guy (I am totally not triggered cause I am german xD) ... and the Steam train is an Old looking Man.
stuff they did wrong= 1. the fact the cat didn't land on her feet 2. smoke comes out of an engine not fire because i think its physically impossible 3. the part when they talk at the merge track it showed the merge track is closer but when they talk while coming to the merge rack it shows them taking a very long time to get to the merge track although it showed it close 4. the more fire in a coal box doesn't mean an engine is stronger 5. when coal gets to the coal box there is no tiny explosion 6. engines don't sweat 7. at 6:31 it doesn't show the engine a bit sideways although the engine is 8. if ur in an engine and at a merge track and beside you is another engine going the same speed as you no sparks fly out cause your literally going the same speed as the other engine 9. at 7:18 you see the track not merging yet but in 7:19 it already merged 10. at 7:26 its not possible for night to last just in a few minutes 11. at 7:55 cats aren't that strong 12. 8:38 how did he get scratches on his right i swear i saw him getting sparks from his left 13. are stuff really that light in 5:27?

if yaemon just stopped very fast when the chase scene was happening, the diesel would keep going and have to stop and I believe at 6:30 this is how a boiler explosion occurs
How will those men at the beginning react when they come back to the train 🚂 yard? They’ll find not only, the evil diesel derailed and his horn broken 😠, a toppled water 🚿 tower, a couple of trucks 🛻 🛻 derailed and on the ground, a crane 🏗 underneath the toppled water 🚿 tower and a wrecked shed, they’ll find that the steam locomotive 🚂 in the wrecked shed is now gone!
