The cutest TH-cam mom are you kidding!! I was separated from my mom for years and always craved this kind of relationship with her so I’m happy to see such a deep connection with you and Jess ! ❤️
This is definitely nothing about the video, but I really want to ask. Could you make a video or just talk about on an instagram story how you do parenting? Do you do gentle parenting? Because you’re such a gentle and soft spoken person and I wonder how you handle tantrums or all the development stages with her regulating her feelings. It gets stressful for me and I find myself get frustrated, but I know my daughter is just learning. It’s still hard and I’d love some advice from you. Especially having a second one on the way.
You should do a pdf for all the things to pack or what will help with the pain or everything i feel you educated yourself so much and would be quite cool to have a book by you or something. Id defo get it for when hopefully i get pregnant ❤
I'm sitting here almost 20 weeks pregnant and this is making me gitty about having my third 🥰❤️ congratulations! I can't wait to hear all about your birth and everything! 💓
Nashvillian here. You can call your specific hospital, but the ones I’ve seen / been to here have Huggies diapers and wipes in your room. If you prefer another type, you can take your own!
The comb is great as a labour tool!! I used it with my second too and she came so quickly I actually didn't have any other pain relief 😅 There is also a known link between tensing your arm muscles (e.g. squeezing the comb) that relates to relaxing your thigh muscles and pelvic area during labour ❤ all the best for the birth of baby boy!! 🇦🇺
I had my second baby 3 months ago. You definitely handle labour a lot better as you know how intense the contractions will be. I actually remembered to breathe through them this time - helps so much!! Wishing you and your family well! And wishing for the safe (and speedy 😅) arrival of baby boy.
The most helpful thing during labor was not an item, but a technique. Counter pressure helped me so much with the pain. As far as snacks, I took bars with dates in them to help with the first poop.
Bring a tiny container of olive oil to help get the meconium off his little booty and for you I recommend AfterEase tincture for after birth contractions. Also I recommend brining your nursing pillow since sometimes there isn’t enough support to nurse well in the hospital bed
I'm 6 weeks behind you Jess, due October 17! I have an almost two year old girl and we are team green with this baby but i have a feeling it's a boy too. Can't wait for you to get to experience birth and meet your sweet boy! :)
We’re waiting to find out the baby too! I waited with my first and green was my go to. My first ended up being a girl, she just turned 1 in July and baby number 2 is due Aug 31! I also have a feeling I’m having a boy as well. I guess I don’t have much longer to find out lol
The combs helped me sooo 7:01 much! I didn’t use them with my first baby, but I did with my second and it actually made a big difference, especially on the drive to the hospital
Jess, you are so organized, smart, kind and a great Mama and wife! Jesus bless you & your family as you bring this little piece of heaven into this world. I pray favor, Peace that surpasses all understanding, over you and all the Dr.s you come into contact with! Amen!
Jess, not sure if its too late for this advice as you may or may not be in labor. For the comb, make sure its a hardy one, like not the plastic kind. I had my baby in June 2023 and i watched a lot of natural birth videos and ended up using a comb during my labor. I used a wooden one i got off amazon. The reason behind this is because you want to make sure it will withstand the force you're using to squeeze it so that you create pain to your hand to distract you from labor pain. Squeezing a plastic comb definitely won't have that effect lol
The combs were a GAME chnager for me!! I went almost 24 hours unmedicated and then ended up getting an epidural right before pushing and the combs were the only thing thay got me through those unmedicated contractions!!
I wish I would’ve packed more jammies or gowns to the hospital because my son had blowouts like crazy🥴😅 we were there 2 nights, but didn’t leave til the afternoon. I also brought my stroller fan for labor! I have the kind that has bendy legs and wrapped it around the hospital bed🙌🏻
South Australian here- we tried to film our birth but the midwife told us we couldn’t and turned it off, not sure how it is in other states but seems like Australian hospitals generally don’t allow filming for legal reasons
For the hospital bag- I loved bringing a swaddle to the hospital! The nurses do so great at swaddling babies with blankets but for me I just couldn't get the hang of it, and I was SO glad I brought my own!
They supply everything postpartum!! I didn’t bring disposable nursing pads cause my milk didn’t come in til I got home so you don’t really need them. They provide diapers & wipes for you too, but I always liked having my own blanket & pillow so make sure to pack those and also slippers/fuzzy socks!
Jess this makes me so happy and excited for you 🥹🥹 wish you nothing but the best and praying for God’s hand to be over you and your whole family during this time! Can’t wait to meet baby boy! ❤️❤️❤️
So beautiful as a single, bride, while pregnant 1st time with Micaiah, and even more beautiful with the 2nd baby. Health and smooth delivery in Jesus name ✝️🙏🏻🤍🌷
My top tip would be to take what you think you need in your bag, but have a second back up bag of extra supplies and leave it in the car - that way it’s easily accessible if you end up staying longer - but it’s all ready to go and you don’t have to send Gabe to search for what you need lol
Wishing you luck!!! Medela have handsfree cups that are compatible with some of their existing pumps! They are a gamechanger if yours is compatible. I had the freestyle with my firstborn, but with my second, the handsfree cups have made my life so much easier!
So excited for you to have him and find out his name! I've always wanted a baby boy so will be curious to see if there is any difference in raising a boy vs girl!
I think the best way to pack is one carry on suitcase with packing cubes for everyone. That way you’re not carrying 3 bags, and baby when you go home. I highly recommend a delivery gown, Amazon has a great one that you can use all throughout labor it opens for the epidural and in the front for skin to skin.. & it’s no crazy priced where if it gets too messy you can just throw it out at the hospital post delivery.. because laboring in a paper gown is truly not fun or comfy!
In my experience a few weeks ago, they give you a really nice water bottle, provide the cooling pads (which they only allow you to use them in the first 24 hrs). They don't give a waist band and I suggest you pack a towel and bathrobe (their towels were not great, IMO)
I'm glad to see you are almost all prepared, Jessie!! ^^ I feel like how "clean space, clear mind" is nice with organizing and cleaning, the same goes with this, sort of "prepared bag, peaceful mind". ❤❤❤^^ I hope the next couple of weeks go well and I'm so excited for you to be a mum of 2!! ❤❤
Hospitals here have diapers, baby wipes, nose suction thingy, pacifiers, baby shampoo. For mom, the hospitals have disposable underwear, pads, spray for privates area, and water spray bottle. For your diaper bag, I would say to add swaddles and more than 1 outfit for at the hospital because you never know when newborns will have a blow-out and need a change of clothes!😅 I’ve had 5 children, 4 at a hospital and 1 at a birth center. I will be praying for you and your family! 💞
Don’t forget that newborns skin gets suuuper dry and cracks so take some gentle moisturising cream for baby! And paw paw for the meconium poos 😉😍 can’t wait to hear the news he’s safely arrived!
Ahhh those last few weeks are so nerve racking wondering when they will come. Good luck!! Also you won’t need diapers and wipes. They have that all there for you. Unless you want to use specific types.
Hey Jess. I had my third bubba in May.... In Australia so some hospital differences. But I would suggest packing a couple of extra outfits for baby boy, just in case 😊
Lord, I pray that you bless Jess with a peaceful, beautiful and miraculous labor and delivery. Bless her mind, body and spirit. Bless the staff that will be attending her and baby with your divine wisdom and knowledge. Guide them as they tend to her. I pray over baby conte. May he be perfect and free from complications. Thank you Lord for the gift of childbearing and parenting. Your works are so wonderful. In Jesus name, amen! 🙏 Love you Jess! 💕
Hospitals here in the US supply a lot I honestly stayed in hospital gowns until I went home 😅 they supply pads and underwear, wipes, diapers, cold pads, and i was given nipple creme and nipple covers,
Idk how the weather is in TN but I live in Palm Springs and one thing I loved having was a stroller fan because you get so hot during labor! Also I brought my own pillow and blanket which I’m glad I did because my hospital had a pillow shortage 😅
Can baby boy just hurry up already!! Nan Nan is waiting…It’s so good you had so much of Kiah’s things to reuse. So proud of you bubba xx
The cutest TH-cam mom are you kidding!! I was separated from my mom for years and always craved this kind of relationship with her so I’m happy to see such a deep connection with you and Jess ! ❤️
mummabauer 😭😭😭😭
I so hope Jess had a safe delivery.
I'm thinking of you all❤

I'm sitting here almost 20 weeks pregnant and this is making me gitty about having my third 🥰❤️ congratulations! I can't wait to hear all about your birth and everything! 💓
I loved having a super soft blanket for my babies in the hospital so they don’t get cold while we do skin to skin. The sheets are so scratchy 🤪
Silver nursing cups are the best! I’d recommend that over nursing pads if you want to try those!
I just got a positive pregnancy test 3 days ago!! I don't know exactly how far along I am but I think I'm about 12 dpo today
so exciting! good luck, jess
May God’s grace and covering be with you Jess 🩵🤍.
Nashvillian here. You can call your specific hospital, but the ones I’ve seen / been to here have Huggies diapers and wipes in your room. If you prefer another type, you can take your own!
Update on Cuba Boy please 🥹 enough waiting 😭
I would love to see a video on the food prepping you do! Congratulations on your baby boy!!💙
Using a comb during my unmediated labor was sooooo helpful for me!! I didn’t think I would use it very much but I loved it and totally recommend
I'm so glad that Gabe takes such good care of you 😘♥️💟
Congratulations Jess 🥹 home stretch!!! Praying for a safe and peaceful delivery❤
I feel like you have been saying “it almost time for baby” since month 5th 😅 so it went very fast for me as a viewer. Best of lucks!!
Good luck Jess! Praying for a safe snd smooth delivery of Baby boy 🤗
Can't believe it's coming so soooooon! 🥹
this is so exciting!! 🩵
So exciting only a few days away!! Praying for a healthy mom and baby
The comb is great as a labour tool!! I used it with my second too and she came so quickly I actually didn't have any other pain relief 😅
There is also a known link between tensing your arm muscles (e.g. squeezing the comb) that relates to relaxing your thigh muscles and pelvic area during labour ❤ all the best for the birth of baby boy!! 🇦🇺
Praying and wishing for a safe and beautiful deliver of baby boy!❤
Oh and a stroller fan! I attached it to my bed while un labor and it was a life saver 😅
God bless you and baby! Praying for a smooth and sweet delivery!!
Praying for a quick delivery and quick healing time for after. I know sometimes that can be the hardest being a new mom. 🩵🩷
Don’t forget deodorant! And you don’t technically need to sterilize the pump tubing since it’s a closed system.
Enjoy your maternity leave! I hope all is well with you and your family :)
I had my second baby 3 months ago. You definitely handle labour a lot better as you know how intense the contractions will be. I actually remembered to breathe through them this time - helps so much!!
Wishing you and your family well! And wishing for the safe (and speedy 😅) arrival of baby boy.

The combs were the BEST up until the very end! Totally needed for an unmedicated birth!
Yess! It’s almost due date 🎉 So happy for your little boy coming so so soon! 💙🙊
Jess, you are so organized, smart, kind and a great Mama and wife! Jesus bless you & your family as you bring this little piece of heaven into this world. I pray favor, Peace that surpasses all understanding, over you and all the Dr.s you come into contact with! Amen!
I’m excited to hear about how different or similar your hospital experience is in America compared to Australia.
Okay but why is Jess the cutest person alive?
Jess, not sure if its too late for this advice as you may or may not be in labor. For the comb, make sure its a hardy one, like not the plastic kind. I had my baby in June 2023 and i watched a lot of natural birth videos and ended up using a comb during my labor. I used a wooden one i got off amazon. The reason behind this is because you want to make sure it will withstand the force you're using to squeeze it so that you create pain to your hand to distract you from labor pain. Squeezing a plastic comb definitely won't have that effect lol
You may want to bring a full size towel for when you shower. A lot of hospitals use tiny hand towels as their biggest size!
I’m honestly the most excited to hear his name I know it will be as cool and beautiful as kiah’s 🤩🤩 can’t wait
The combs were a GAME chnager for me!! I went almost 24 hours unmedicated and then ended up getting an epidural right before pushing and the combs were the only thing thay got me through those unmedicated contractions!!
My favourite couple n family goal❤
I wish I would’ve packed more jammies or gowns to the hospital because my son had blowouts like crazy🥴😅 we were there 2 nights, but didn’t leave til the afternoon. I also brought my stroller fan for labor! I have the kind that has bendy legs and wrapped it around the hospital bed🙌🏻
You got this, Momma! 💪🏻🤍
I’m bringing mine as I want him to get used to it so it’s more normal when we go home
So beyond excited for the newest baby conte to complete your family 🫶🏽💗
i've been following you since pandemic & watching every single one :] love it so much
I love you so much!! I am so excited for you!!
Had my 2nd 10 days ago and used a comb during transition and pushing which helped soooo much! Praying for a redeeming birth for you with baby boy ❤
You're ready! So exciting! ❤️I'm due August 29th so your videos have been SO much fun for me to watch!
Right around the corner! I’m due on the 31st and it’s been fun being on the same page pregnancy wise with Jess
So stinkin excited for you!!! Praying for such a God delivery for you!!
Jess this makes me so happy and excited for you 🥹🥹 wish you nothing but the best and praying for God’s hand to be over you and your whole family during this time! Can’t wait to meet baby boy! ❤️❤️❤️
Oh Jess I just love listening to you. I wish your beautiful family all the best !❤
So beautiful as a single, bride, while pregnant 1st time with Micaiah, and even more beautiful with the 2nd baby. Health and smooth delivery in Jesus name ✝️🙏🏻🤍🌷
I'm under a week until my due date for our little boy, so it's been fun following along with you in my pregnancy journey! (This is my first 💙)
When’s your due date?
OOoooh yes! Deodorant- and also a heating pad can be really nice for postpartum cramping (it gets worse after every baby!)
For breastfeeding, get silverettes!!! They changed the game for me this time around, I just had my fourth baby and it made there biggest difference
My top tip would be to take what you think you need in your bag, but have a second back up bag of extra supplies and leave it in the car - that way it’s easily accessible if you end up staying longer - but it’s all ready to go and you don’t have to send Gabe to search for what you need lol
Seconding this! I had a NICU baby, and we stayed at the hospital for 8 days. I asked friends and family to bring us stuff all the time lol
You are glowing so much Jess! 💕 so excited for you! You got this! Blessings to you and your growing family! I am also due this August! 🥰
So cute! Who is the thank you basket for?
Most of the time, it’s for nurses x
Wishing you luck!!!
Medela have handsfree cups that are compatible with some of their existing pumps! They are a gamechanger if yours is compatible. I had the freestyle with my firstborn, but with my second, the handsfree cups have made my life so much easier!
Black or blue pens for your thank you basket!!! Nurses ALWAYS need pens and expo markers
So excited for you to have him and find out his name! I've always wanted a baby boy so will be curious to see if there is any difference in raising a boy vs girl!
I think the best way to pack is one carry on suitcase with packing cubes for everyone. That way you’re not carrying 3 bags, and baby when you go home.

omigosh, 2 weeks?! CRAZY! can't wait to hear about little boy conte coming into the world!

Congratulations ❤️
Would a dressing gown be cosy and comfy too? 💛 I feel like i'd love to get into a dressing gown - either silk for summer or warm for winter

By “here” I mean America.
So cool! We are only 2 weeks apart. My due date is September 28th. Are you planning to have your baby at St. Thomas Midtown?❣️
Don’t forget that newborns skin gets suuuper dry and cracks so take some gentle moisturising cream for baby! And paw paw for the meconium poos 😉😍 can’t wait to hear the news he’s safely arrived!
WAKE UP JESS POSTED
I feel like the baby is already born
Ahhh those last few weeks are so nerve racking wondering when they will come. Good luck!! Also you won’t need diapers and wipes. They have that all there for you. Unless you want to use specific types.
Can you share a link to your diaper bag? Love how big it is!!
So exciting! ❤
Most hospitals do not let you film birth. Just photos!
I had two labors with a comb and it helped a lot! squeezed the heck out of it haha
What is the family footage camera brand that you have?? I have been in the search of one for home videos!!
Hey Jess. I had my third bubba in May.... In Australia so some hospital differences. But I would suggest packing a couple of extra outfits for baby boy, just in case 😊
What kind of cam corder do you have?? I’ve been looking into getting one and just curious what yours is

Im taking notes for myself too✏️🗒 also wish u a safe healthy smooth delivery ❤ i wish u dont go for too long
Love you Jess!!! All the way from the Philippines 🇵🇭💕
Idk how the weather is in TN but I live in Palm Springs and one thing I loved having was a stroller fan because you get so hot during labor! Also I brought my own pillow and blanket which I’m glad I did because my hospital had a pillow shortage 😅
I used a comb during my labor. It was nice. It did distract me pretty well.
Safe delivery TH-cam bestie 🎉
