I think PBS should be hiring this two smart kids, they are the new generation of traveling around the world. They also have the right thing how to enjoy more life, and not to be afraid to step out the door…and the must important thing, never leave the house without a cup of coffee…sweet!!
The Kennons are in Asia and traveling all over the world now. I'm wondering where they got all the money to do all this traveling when just a short time ago they were saying how poor they were in Puerto Vallarta. Are we all sure it's just coffee they're selling now or something else? They're certainly not making big money from TH-cam because they are getting so few views.
The interview was sweet. The Kinetic Kennons on the other hand (as a brand and work) I think is not as great. As people, I think they are both amazing, I sense sweetness, kindness and the great side of Americans. Their work to me is a little scattered. To begin with the name in my opinion, subjectively, is an awful sounding name, it is not catchy or even visually appealing, the same as their whole branding. As TH-camrs I still feel there is a sense of amateur-minds, they are not consistent with their work. I feel like there is not a true structure or concept, it seems like just vlogging related to traveling but 3/4 of their content was Mexico, at some point during their work as TH-camrs there was an indirect concept which was to just stay and focus in Mexico traveling. I think that their audience felt that, and continued expecting that. Contrary to the concept that was indirectly ingrained in their audience's mind, they suddenly decide to take off and explore the world, and from a concept of their work, I feel it was a wrong decision as it confused their audience. I'm not saying they wont get any further subscribers but to indirectly make their audience feel that their niche in travelling was Mexico and then suddenly leave to explore the world, is a huge step backwards because I don't think that audience wants that, not to mention that some of their humour in their goodbye video was a little too soon, like throwing shade at how disgusting and bad certain things are in Mexico like the sink joke, it didn't sit well with some people in the comment section. I think that they unintentionally gave this idea that they used Mexico as a stepping stone, took advantage of how cheap it is to live there and how close they are to home, in case they get home sick, probably knew how proud Mexicans are of their culture and piggy backed on the "I love Mexico wagon!" to gain an audience and save money, especially when their audience knows very well how incredibly cheap they are, especially Greg, so now that they've moved up the TH-cam ladder, they're like "yup! we gathered some money let's make my dreams come true! bye Mexico!". I think they really need to sit down, draw an outline of everything that they are and what they truly want to convey their audience and continue moving forward. This is definitely a bitter bump in their journey.
Worth more than a million

Kennons have apparently disintegrated. Maybe they're getting real jobs and real lives. TH-cam isn't forever.
I'm sure they'll be publishing new videos soon. We all need a rest sometimes
TH-cam is a real job and their lives are real. Interesting comment.
