Aloha, in Houston my jalapeños lived through the winter in the flower bed under the south eave of the house, I only covered when freezing was predicted. That cardboard on the ground around my plants will keep the rat lungworm down off my fruits and vegetables.Well you saw the ginger blooming on my place in Hana. Aloha🙏🙏💞😘💞😘🌺🏝🌺🏝

I am going to overwinter this plant. Have a fast start on jalapeños next year.
