This was literally the first video I've ever watched on youtube. It's so nostalgic hearing everything once again, I used to rewatch this all the time. And then I began watching SMG4. I found it very funny, and I want to thank you for helping me out on these past few years that I have struggled on. You have really helped with some tough times, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Well, I think the episode had a lot of personality every character was super fun and followed their roles the way they would have and had that really good amount of stupidity that doesn't make it overwhelming or lacking I think it just didn't feel out of place and it managed to fit the tone of mario games in general. Just fun, loving, colorful, full of references, comedy gold, personality imbued, using things everyone already knows about the whole nintendo universe Everything simply fits and allows any outsider to understand. Makes it simple to brainstorm the decision: Do I want an overdose of memes and characters doing dumb crap with no repercussions? Do I want to die of laughter and spit food everywhere because nowadays everyone watches these while eating? Do I want lighthearted jokes of people just messing around and having fun? I see no downsides, at all Maybe age, of course, but classics like these simply have a special place in my memory. You can recognize any character you've ever made from this video alone Thanks for coming to my TED talk I'm sure no one will read all of this Edit: I also would like to point out that it's kind of hard watching the videos nowadays, because I can't really share them very much. I really love the characters you guys developed, because they have a very good character progression, but you can't really show it to someone new expecting they know them. In other words, I've been watching with a reaction channel, so that at least I can have someone understand what I'm looking at rather than feeling like I'm the only one who enjoys your content. Everyone knew mario, luigi, peach- Maybe that's also why some people prefer having X, starman and others as characters, since they are mario recolors, but then again, you guys have been developing your own nicely. It's not really nice to have to live in the shadow of a company like Nintendo, that's why I support Meta Runner, for example. The reason I found Smg4 was when I was watching reaction videos I was watching someone reacting to SML when I found another of his reaction to Mario’s Road Trip I only watched a little of the video but I never really watched to frequently I think I knew about smg4 way before that but that was the fist video I actually watched but then after a while I just forgot about Smg4 then started to watch again at the beginning of last year then then I wasn’t really watching anymore and then started watching again when Meta Runner Episode 3 was out then I started to watch way more frequently since the beginning of this year.

My first ever exposure to your channel is shrouded in haze. The earliest videos I ever watched were Return to Freddy's spaghettria (because of the whole FNAF craze I was on at the time) and MARIO'S CHALLENGE (because why not). Both were extremely funny and stuck with me for a good long while after I watched them, but beyond dropping in every once in a while, I never felt that compelled to follow it on a weekly basis. To me, it was pure, unadulterated goofiness that's best taken in doses. Then one week, I saw an intriguing little SMG4 thumbnail in my recommendations for the newest video you released at the time, one that seemed relevant to other gaming stuff I was looking into, and decided to check it out. That video was "Waluigi's Time". I was actually curious to see if it'd go anywhere, and so I stuck around to see how it'd unfold. The longer I did, the more I started looking into the series than I did before, clinging to certain characters, reading up on where they appeared, watching those episodes, and finding more characters I liked and wanted to see more of. Eventually, it led me to this video, leading me even further and further back and showing me just how far you've come. By the time of the 2018 WOTFI, I'd become completely engrossed in this series. Yes, I came late and missed out on all the stuff that happened before this series fell out of their tastes. But if it weren't for this, I don't think I'd even be here, enjoying any of those new and old videos. I have no nostalgia, but I have more admiration and respect for you than I imagined I'd ever have.

I personally started watching SMG4 with classics such as "Race for the golden overalls" "Smg club" and my favorite, "Scatmans Revenge."
The first SMG4 video I saw was the clone machine for some reason I would watch over and over again
I remember my first video was where Mario was in FNAF back during the original FNAF boom. However, I didn't become a regular until a TH-camr I watch named Luigikid did reaction vids of SMG4's content. That led me to checking him out myself and I'm still here today.
