Question. I live by a Miami executive airport class D and the Aloft app shows that I can fly up to 100ft as permissible altitude, however the DJI map shows restricted and cannot take off even with the aloft authorization. What can be done about this?

Here’s a quick question. I am currently a recreational drone pilot. I’m currently studying for the part 107. However, I practice daily with my drones in order to hone in on my flying techniques. I live in a new development and currently phase two is now underway. I sought out and received permission from the builder/organization to fly my drones over and around the twelve acre project whilst practicing drone maneuvers. Keep in mind, this is private property with permission to fly. Does this then allow me to fly over the people who are working on the construction site on a daily basis?

Only FAA regulations can restrict you from flying in the air. The only restriction a property owner can impose is if you are taking off or landing on their property. Be mindful that they can still call the police if they believe that you are violating privacy, "peeping tom", but just for flyovers or points of interest, you should be fine.
