Many people said starro is too ridiculous for live action movies. But imo this guy is 10/10 cosmic horror material.
Thankfully James Gunn did a great job at bringing the character to live action in The Suicide Squad (2021).

That's interesting because I'm old-school and I had no idea that Starro was responsible for bringing the JLA together but then again I was a little kid back then.

It's going to be starro, mongul dies early in the movie as you can tell from the trailer.. Keep in mind how there is star shapes in one of the suicide squad posters, and starro is showed in the trailer

@@dbera2591 He’s been able to control Darkseid and Dr. Fate before. Idk about the Spectre, I kind of doubt it but maybe if he’s in his physical form and caught off guard he could potentially be controlled by Starro. It honestly depends on. What the writers want to do but typically Starro is considered a planet ending threat depending on how big he is.

I’ve never heard of this character. This being is a underrated, yet very powerful threat to all planet life as it seeks to dominate and destroy to no end. I can see a character like this in a movie if the director and writers do the script justice.
I also can’t wait until Two-Face’s origin is set up to see later on. Otherwise, I like this latest origin on Starro. 👍🏾

What do you think is the best thing about Starro along with his powers and abilities? Is him turning into a giant, creating offsprings of himself which he can use to control anyone who goes near him or him surviving in space the best thing about him?
The best thing is that he's an inhuman, monstrous and nightmarish, existentially horrifying threat. A beautifully crafted concept of a villain, that is pure, raw, quintessential EVIL. Simple, yet incredibly terrifying and profoundly disturbing. One of my all time favorite supervillains.

So starro is the first villain that brought the Justice league of America together then the Justice league broke up but when a new threat arised they came back together and defeated darkseid then the league soon decided that the world isn't safe without them so they stayed together and managed to put more hero's on the there team
