We probably could have had a red instead of the pink, but I loved the box so I just got everything. This is my first boxed set and my first LE collection. Mooncat got me good. XD Mad hatter looks amazing, but I definitely have something similar already. I can't wait to get it so I can so some comparisons. Mooncat has a way of blowng me away when I get the bottle in person. I think I would have liked the pink to be magnetic instead since we don't have a lot of pink magnetics and it would bring a bit more interest to the effects.

I don’t have a ton of magnetics, but I find that mooncats usually have the most going on so they’re always super unique 🤣 omg yeah it would’ve been so fun if Cheshire Cat’s colors were reversed!! i think the only pink magnetic we have is Crystal Rose which i love, so i def would love to have another 🤩
@@PolishedYogi LynB Nemophilist & Art of the Swoon is basically the same pigments as Mad Hatter. I think Mad Hatter is more opaque with bigger/different flakies though. Sassy Sauce Entanglemint is a bit closer, but the flakies are blue-green shift rather than the mixed colours in Mad Hatter.
Omg we thought the same thing about the bread and butterflies! I agree, it wasn't a weak magnetic effect but rather less contrasting colors. Loved the review, the comparisons were badass and thorough too. TFS!

I bought the 3 non magnetics, felt I couldn't justify getting the green and purple as I have most of the hocus pocus 2 collab and the old Live Love Polish's continuum (green version of Millennia and Malevolent). Agree, MC's magnetics are so good and I love the flakies too. You can layer them over a darker base as it makes another color. If Frogs has wings is great for this too and a firm fav! Glad you showed with moonfiary. A very merry unbirthday is so beautiful too! Has anyone else found that the silver mooncat logo falls off these bottles? It's so weird, that hasn't happened with my other MCs, but all of this collection has been affected.

But I am surprised how much I actually really like the magnetics as well. I think a red jelly with black flakies or shreds would have been amazing for the Queen of hearts for painting the roses red. But this collection is SO fun! Also…you are the cutest Alice ever! 🥰🙌🏻

Don't you look cute! I went with I Wish I Hadn't Cried So Much, and I'm glad I did after seeing your swatch! I went with the other two magnetics for my choices. I think the gold being an optional magnetic is smart. They won't lose that much with it $1 less and won't face complaints at it being so subtle if they aren't marketing it as magnetic. I asked a group about other gold magnetic dupes. It's fairly unique now.

Not sure if any of these are up my alley but I definitely think they’re all absolutely beautiful. That collection box is awesome, but this is one I doubt anyone will be reselling 😅 (or if they do they’ll price gouge it to the cost of the collection with the polishes 🙃

Don't you look cute! I went with I Wish I Hadn't Cried So Much, and I'm glad I did after seeing your swatch! I went with the other two magnetics for my choices. I think the gold being an optional magnetic is smart. They won't lose that much with it $1 less and won't face complaints at it being so subtle if they aren't marketing it as magnetic. I asked a group about other gold magnetic dupes. It's fairly unique now.
