I’m just a homeowner with a fair amount of concrete to maintain. About 4500 sq ft or so. When I went to replace my old pressure washer I decided to buy a good one and hopefully it will be the last one I have to buy. So about a week ago I purchased a belt drive pressure pro 4 GPM/4000 PSI with General pump and Honda GX390. Now I’m looking for a good surface cleaner to use at home for my concrete. From my research a 16” is what I see everyone recommend for my unit. Originally I was going to purchase one that just attaches to the end of the wand but I haven’t found one that is rated for the output of my pressure washer. The place I purchased my pressure washer from recommended the whisper wash 16” surface cleaner. I was also looking at the BE 16” model which is about $200 cheaper I think. Both look to be good quality. Which surface cleaner would you recommend for my situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
The genral rule of thumb is 4" of surface cleane rper gallon of water, so that would put you squarley in the 16 inch range. if you are a homeowner, i would get the BE, the whisper wash really is "commercial grade" and would be overkill. Also most of those "wand-end" surface cleaners will not last you very long.
