I am an English expert my family has three English lecturers. I have lived 4 years in North America. Your English is very good even compared to those who have stayed in America for a while. If anyone says they can't understand you it's because they have not been exposed outside their village/ town. The magic trick is to speak at half your usual speed and stress each word. They will understand immediately. No need to change. Already at max level: 95 percent of North Americans will understand you.

You are correct, only the queen is extra. But won't blame anyone because even the World Championship set only contains Queen extra.
However your opinion should be considered.
P.O I think it's very rare case of promoting other pieces. Therefore they might be not providing it. Because this will increase the cost.
