This does have pork - I’m sorry! Fortunately this pork is from a regenerative farm that doesn’t spray ❤️ We’re careful with how we source for that reason!

I love this idea. I'm also excited about your idea to use a separate burner and wondered how your canner fits on the one you use. Is your canner smaller or does it sit over the burner edges much? All the burners seem so small.

My canner is the 23 quart presto. Idk the proper terminology, but if I flip my canner over, there’s a smaller circle that sticks out, and that makes full contact with this burner. The rest of the bottom of the canner is recessed and not touching the hot plate. Not sure if I’m explaining this well, but I do know that this hot plate and canner combo work quite well :)

@leahrenata4820 doesn't sound like anything could work better! Yeah! I have an all American and I figured it would always be too heavy, but I recently bought a ForJars pressure canner and sure hope it will work well like your Presto. Thanks so much. I sure appreciate what you share & teach on your channel. 😀
