Jamaica is a blessed country and blessed people live there. Ive been there many times, and every time the people there have welcomed me with such an open heart generosity and authenticity. I will always be grateful to Jamaica and the spirit of the people who live there. They are as beautiful as the country itself. For anyone who lives in fear and judges a place without knowing, please say a prayer for them hoping they can overcome their own demons they carry. Judgement only hurts the one who's casting the judgment. nobody else. It can feel strange being misunderstood also, but thats always an opportunity to go inward and find the reason why anyone else judgement or false opinion of "me" has any effect on me whatsoever. if they praise me or judge with with contempt it should only have the effect on my emotions if I allow it to effect me at all.. easer said then done in the beginning. true freedom would be taking that power back for ourselves. anyway what a great country.
