I’m from Syracuse and this team right now is on a special run they’re playing their best basketball at the perfect time and it all started when they barely lost to Virginia in the acc tournament
I think their winning the region and going to the final four. The way their playing and the head coach with his experience with March Madness and how he prepares the players I don't think Houston or Loyala Chicago has anything for them.
@@osurocks24 As a Cuse fan (who also picked them to go the the final four), I really hope so, and while I think we do have a good shot at beating Houston I really do hope Loyola gets knocked out. Now, I absoloutely love sister jean, but Loyola is one of if not the best defensive team in the tournament and I really don't wanna have to play them.
This what buying a basketball court in your home can buy you. Buddy is amazing at the three they will live and die by it. If they hitting and the other team is not matching they will win.
One thing I've noticed about the tournament over the years is that the magic a team has one weekend rarely transfers to the next weekend. Syracuse barely escaped W. Virginia with that hot shooting. I don't look for them to win any thing else. The 3 point game is probably not in their favor any more, and they don't have much else working for them.
35% from three is pretty good. Anything over a 1/3 of your shots is pretty good. But yeah it was absolutely pouring 3’s. But what’s worse is they were often with someone in their face from WAYYY deep. That’s insane.

Everyone could shoot but all but one seemed to be cold during any given night. Doesn't help that Girard and Boeheim both got COVID during the season.
