Hey Angie! I'd say use chicken broth for the soup, some sausages, some bok choy vegetables, noodles and some cheese would be simple and tasty! Edit: Oh yeah, could get some thinly sliced meat like "Shabu Shabu" beef or pork to cook in it would be nice too :)
