You said that "Application context" is sub-interface of "Bean Factory" and inheritance all its functionality, so can we always use the Application context or not? if not so can you please explain when we should use the Bean Factory?

If memory usage is a big concern of yours, then you can consider to use Bean Factory over Application context.
