I've watched from the beginning and thought, "How cool to do this!" then, "This is a lot of work!" then, "They'll never get this done." and now, "I am so impressed at the effort, the stick-to-it-tive-ness, and the grit they have shown!!" A project to be proud of. Keep up the good work! We are rooting for you both!!

Yes, this interior finish work is taking MUCH LONGER than we ever anticipated it would, which is why we've put everything on hold for the past month, to focus solely on it and get it completed so we can FINALLY move on to the next stage, haha. 😍

I thought anybody can assemble an Ikea flatpack desk when you unloaded the trucks....and somehow I changed my mind over time, thinking you and Matt are master assemblers. This replay just reminds me again of the effort and dedication to not only put it together, but make it perfect and beautifull. You rock

My daughter and I flew into the grass strip last weekend for a bite to eat. We took a walk around the marina and saw the boat. Very cool seeing it in person. You guys are doing great. Can't wait to see it splash. Thanks for sharing the journey.

Hubby and I took a 15-week wood working class and built an armoire from scratch with no plans. I knew the overall dimensions that I wanted and went from there. We thought we'd finish in 1 semester, but had to enroll in a 2nd since the class was only 4 hours per week. Projects like this really tested our relationship since hubby and I tackle things in opposite ways.
To see that you all are still together after 3 years of doing this immense project day in and day out is IMPRESSIVE!
I'm astounded by your progress and determination to keep going.
I also watch RAN sailing and it blows my mind how much work goes into building a floating home. Now Delos and Odd Life Crafting are doing the same but they have a whole crew.
Thanks for taking us on your amazing journey!!!

When I watched that video when you were on Elements in Sutton Harbour, Plymouth, where you told us about the self build you were going to embark upon………………………. And now there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Well done Matt and Jessica. You’ve come a long way since we met during lockdown in little Noss Mayo, Devon. Can’t wait to see you back on the water.

Building that catamaran is such a monumental task for a couple to take on. I enjoy watching the progress every week, even the faring and sanding. Lol. It's cool to watch the time lapse and remember how far you have come. I bet putting this episode together brought back memories both good and bad. Every boat build comes with the darkening of the tunnel, i feel, at some point, and then an energy renewal. I can't wait to see your boat in person. Maybe next year when I make it to Annapolis again.

Pulled the trigger recently on my own kit build, an aluminum landing craft by Specmar. Got word last week that the parts are cut, so now I wait for it to be barged to Alaska. It's going to be a big project but at least not of the magnitude that you guys have taken on. And no fairing!

This is a bit like home construction, where the early stages are really rewarding showing the shape come together, including the dry wall. Then everything seems to slow way down as the details get worked out with lots of sanding and prep work for the paint. Followed by more fun work, as the cabinetry, and various bits of equipment get installed. That prep work for a good paint job is always painful, but well worth it.

My personal narrative is that Tucker, at some point, lost a huge bet to Matt and as payment was forced into involuntary servitude by being forced to produce the most hilarious ad spots, clearly written by Matt. I may be wrong, but if I am, I don't care to be awoken from this dream.

I just quick scrolled through to the end which take 10 seconds and saw that it was a "clip" show so just moved on with my day.
