Starfish Kip Up - Tricking Tutorial

Starfish kip up is a nice ground move to add to combos for some level changes. Learn it with this progression line:
1. First part of the leg movement.
2. Bring it a little further.
3. Keep your legs separated!
4. Push yourself up. Not only is the arm pushing you up but you leg should kick up as well. You will understand it best by just doing it after practicing the first steps.
Think about doing big movements with your legs!
