I’m sure that in the majority of cases the perpetrators of domestic abuse are men, however I think it’s wrong to give the impression that’s always the case. Often mothers use children as a weapon against the fathers. Which is equally a huge problem and difficult to prove. Dictating when and where a father can see their children and cancelling previously agreed arrangements for no real apparent reason other than the mother is angry with the father after a disagreement. It could be argued that is not only psychological abuse of the father and it happens a lot ! But also abuse of the children as the mother not always but often lies to the children about the reason for not seeing the father and also makes up a reason that puts the father in a bad light. This is probably just as common as abuse of women but conveniently ignored by channels such as this. A more unbiased approach would be better.
