Killing Cave Troll In 2 Minutes As Cleric In 24 Gear Score

could probably kill him faster if i kept re buffing with divine strike and hit more but i did this with a white flanged mace and a blue chapel with mem cap so i could cast divine strike. ive seen clerics going circle left with gear on taking about the same time to kill it

I'm having a hard time avoiding the two handed club smash, feels like the aoe is half the size of the arena and even if I'm completely prepared and run ahead of time it'll still hit me. I noticed you run in front of the troll instead of beside it. Is the sideways hitbox just massive?

not sure if this is a serious question but i was thinking about making a video although not sure how long that would take haha. i’ve helped a few buddies learn how to do it but if none of the existing tutorials are clicking with you i’d be willing to help out

cave troll is very easy when you take a few runs to learn circle right is easier on slower classes

If you make a video can you have it in slow motion and point out the tells you use for animations and such (hand goes down at the end of the animation, watch out for if the hand goes back, or whatever you do to tell which attack some next). Every video I've seen is "when he does this attack, do this. When he does this, do this" but I don't know how to tell which moves he is about to do, let alone dodge them consistently

left circle is for cyclops, on troll it either takes 3x longer or you die if you go left

⁠​⁠@@XPBeanthats cause you do it wrong, at most it takes twice as long and at best it takes 1.2 times as long, the real benefit with circle left is how consistent it is. its also much easier to get hits on him in hr where he shows his head more. you also rarely get hit if you go left leaving you with more hp for counters. Its also a matter of veterans like me who learned circle left first and so are more comfortable with it, many creators like y4mi do it left for example. for cyclops theres no difference tween left and right just what attacks you avoid.
