    🔍 Why Do I Have Bad Posture?
    Bad posture, especially forward head posture, often results from prolonged sitting, excessive screen time, and poor workspace setup (ergonomics). When you lean your head forward for extended periods, your neck muscles strain to hold up your head, leading to muscle imbalances and misalignment.
    ⚠️ What Are The Symptoms Of Bad Posture?
    Symptoms of bad posture can range from neck and shoulder pain to tension headaches and even upper back pain. You might also notice that your shoulders are rounding forward, and your head juts out in front of your body, creating a slouched appearance that can affect your overall confidence and health.

      I teach many of these exercises in my yoga classes and on a Reformer machine. Most superficial backlines are asleep in this computer age. Your video is great. I will share

    I’ve had a complete shoulder replacement 3 years ago. I had great recovery and could reach higher than expected but have never been able to do certain task. Really enjoyed your video just was wandering would I be able to do these exercise with the reverse shoulder replacement.

    Ive found with my clients that the kneeling lat stretch works even better standing. They seem to have a little more control that way.

    After having complete reverse shoulder replacement is it safe to do these exercise? Would love to try. I really enjoy your videos but can’t stretch as high and afraid to put weight on shoulder in floor position. I was released 3 years ago and able to reach higher than expected I just don’t want to go through surgery again. Would love to hear from you thanks

    Is neck retraction ok f you have osteoporosis?

      It’s actually really great for it! One of the best things you can do is resisted exercise… even if it’s pulling your head up against gravity. I would recommend to keep it in a pain free range and start slowly. Good luck!
