MY TWO GRANNIES by Floella Benjamin

This is a story about a little golden girl called Alvina. She has two grannies, from different cultures, one from Trinidad in the Caribbean and the other from Yorkshire which is in England. They both have different ways of doing things and sometimes can’t agree so it’s up to Alvina to show them how to share their different cultures but the one thing they do agree on is that they love Alvina.
